police after rested the driver , a full investigation is underway. also tonight... >> a crime scene, two days after the war mass shooting in american history, this is what that killing field looks like today. fifty-nine lives were lost on sunday, good afternoon everyone i'm jessica dean. aim ukee washington. new details are emerging about the shooter and victims in the las vegas massacre. cher i have said less than an hour ago that three of those victims have not yet been identified. police say this was the gun man's hotel room, they say he had cameras inside and outside the no video was transmitted. officers found the room, stephen paddock started firing through the door, forcing a swat team to break in. by that time though paddock was dead to day president trump called the gun man a sick demeanted man but did not say whether the attack should be considered domestic terrorism. >> the concert ground that is

"eyewitness news" has learned a pennsylvania native ace monk the 59 victims, this is bill wolf, junior of ship pensberg he was a youth wrestler and little league coach, his family says that he and his wife robin were at music festival during an anniversary ship to las vegas. the couple became separated during the attack his wife survived, and officials say wolf was held in shippensberg last night. people from the delaware valley continue to return home from las vegas some were eyewitnesses to the deadly violence. president trump is set to visit las vegas tomorrow but today the president was in puerto rico, he was there surveying damage and causing controversy along the way as he defended the federal government's relief efforts. president trump toured destruction in puerto rico and talk about the u.s. response to hurricane maria. >> i hate to tell you puerto rico but you have thrown our budget a little out of whack because we have spent a lot of money on puerto rico and that is fine, we have saved a lot of lives. >> reporter: he said puerto rico should be proud of the low death toll in comparison to new orleans after hurricane katrina which he called a real catastrophe. >> sixteen people verse in the thousands, you can be very proud of all of your people, all of our people working together. sixteen verse literally thousands of people. >> reporter: president did meet with the mayor of san juan who he chastised after pleading for more help last week, nearly two weeks after marie hit 95 percent of the island remains without

on the scene of the hazmat situation at a plant in south philadelphia. chopper three over the 2800 block of columbus boulevard, now the hazmat team is focused on a unknown substance leaking from one of the tanks. we're work to go find out more information for you, so far no injuries have been reported we will stay an top of this break ing story. temple university freshman has died after falling from his residence hall, it happened this morning at 1940, 1940 liacouras hall. victim has been identified as 19 year-old richard dellcart an engineer students. the circumstances surrounding the fall are unclear. >> temple's president issued a statement reading in part it business tremendous sadness that i inform the temple university of the death of richard dialcourt, we join richard's family and friend ness mourning his loss. three people are behind bars in montgomery county in connection with the large seizure of the dangerous drug fentanyl. >> officials say investigators seized a kill gram of fentanyl , equal to 300,000

authorities opened up a reunification center for

people to find loved ones who may be hospitalized. clark county sheriff says that three of the 59 victims still need to be identified. and the music festival grounds remain an active scene as the investigation into sunday's massacre continues. >> thousands of strangers lives intertwined the moments bullet started flying. one stayed with jordan milk will ton long after she died and she used his cell even if to call his girlfriend on lock down at a nearby casino. >> i was there until 3:30 in the morning. so about four hours, i was sit ting with him, and i just, i didn't want him to be there alone. there was another guy that was with his wife shot and killed, the mother of three kid and he never left her side. i did not want to have jordan not have somebody with him.

>> so many survivors of the shooting are struggling to process what happened right in front of them. one los angeles attorney who was there says he has been asking himself some tough questions. >> i'm actually feeling a little bit guilty now, because i have avoided seeing the victims, and seeing pictures of the people that are killed and i was there and they are a lot younger then me. they don't get to go home. i get to get home today. in fact, i will go see my daughter. but they don't. i'm having having trouble understanding and comprehend ago this i'm feeling a little guilty. i have heard heroic acts, and i am now, processing that i did enough. >> claypool was in vegas to celebrate his birthday and was supposed to leave saturday but made a last minute decision to stay an extra day to go and hear some of the country music vegas shooting has cause variety of emotion from his

people directly impact and for those around the country who are horrified at the carnage. >> health reporter stephanie stahl is here with more on coping emotionally after this type of tragedy. >> reporter: it is hard to watch, isn't it? it really grabs all of us, so impact full. psychologists say it is normal for people to reacte motion troy what happened had in las vegas. it can interact with sleep, work to relationships. tragedies like las vegas can leave people feeling anxiety, fear, anger and confusion all at the same time. psychologists say it is important to acknowledge these feelings are common and talk about them. >> finding a trusted friend or family member that you can share your feelings with, if you are a parent, caregivers, absolutely positively talk to your child about what has been going on. >> reporter: taking i break from the stories and images which can be overwhelming can help with coping, experts also recommend doing things that you energy like going for a walk, playing with children or

pets and reaching out to help others, to make a difference. >> that actually builds our own resilience and our ability to bounce back and move forward. >> everything from donating blood in your community, sending a letter to first responders. >> reporter: psychologists say if your fear becoming overwhelming you may need to seek out a professional. >> if you find yourself not willing to go to the mall or go to a music festival or sporting event, that should be a really red flag for to you say hey, i recognize it, and it takes an act of strength and courage to reach out and ask for help. >> reporter: experts say making a family plan about safety and security is a good idea but to not let that stop you from living your life, daily. >> and experts also say that dealing with grief and shock can be a long process, and there can be many ups, downs along the way. you know they say coping and healing? it takes time. >> it does. >> you have to give yourself time to do that. >> stephanie, thank you. take a look at this

changes are in the air, meteorologist kate bilo is tracking return of summer and chance for showers, for kate's forecast just minutes away. today the u.s. expelled 15 cuban diplomates from the embassy in washington in a escalating response to mysterious illness's flicking american embassy staff in havana. u.s. officials believe someone is targeting american diplomates, possibly with some type of sonic weapon, and diplomates have complained for months about strange sound is a code by symptoms like nausea , headaches and hearing loss, so far, 22 americans have been affected, and the fbi is now investigating. the mass shooting in las vegas has many people thinking about safety. experts say as difficult as it is, to protect yourself there are some basic guidelines, about how to react. cbs reporter meg oliver spoke with an expert to get some information on how to stay safe. >> reporter: with bullets spraying in the open field, survivors say they had in where to hide, it felt like shooter was hunting them down.

feeling fantastic to sit outside and have lunch outside and showing fallen leaves, in chestnut hill. definitely starting to look like autumn out there with these leaves hitting the ground. we won't peak until end of october but right new beautiful leaf peeping especially up in the poconos. speaking of the poconos lets go outside to broad headville where we can see color hitting those trees in front of the cameras. we see red in the leaves there , a little breeze, 68 degrees and that is what it feels like very low humidity great fall scene from our live neighborhood network camera. storm scan three showing high pressure, and right about here , so we have clear skies all across the northeast and great lakes region but this next front, this will eventually impact us as we head through later part of the week, possibly bringing in a few showers by friday. temperatures locally right now are in the lower 70's as we showed you on the weather watcher map but as we get west we have an increase in temperatures out ahead of that advancing cold front. we are seeing 80's returning to cleveland and lexington.

warm in chicago, upper 70's as well. behind that front cooler air lurks. only in the lower 60's in minneapolis but it is a slow progress, as that system moves east across the country. stubborn summer indeed, our average last day of 80 degrees or higher is october 7th, the latest 80 plus day we have ever haddon record in philadelphia november 15th, october 7th is saturday, and it looks like we will be in the 80's, very lee hitting the average. tomorrow looks like a beautiful day with high pressure in control, thursday this front stays southward a few more cloud but doesn't look like wet weather on thursday, just partly sunny. friday watch for these showers especially just off to the north at 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. we could see a few showers creep closer to philadelphia but what happens then that front lifts back to the normas a warm front and will stay there allowing heat and hugh floyd move in. not a ton of rain in the forecast here, our last rainfall of over a tenth of an inch was on september 16th
