you can see already just how moving into the 5:00 hour, also, 95, taillights, moving in the southbound direction, before betsy ross. kind of keeping our eye on 95, because we know on a monday or tuesday this is going to start to heat up little bit. so earlier in the week, 95 usually starts to pick up, see more movement, starting offer in the early 5:00 hour, kind of what we're seeing right now ben bridge, looking gorgeous, just as you always do, we like the ben franklin bridge, pushing in the westbound direction, looking great. hopefully key can keep you there until the 6:00 hour, hoping so. so this is that accident i was just talking about up at the desk, do have this northeast he can tension before lansdale , area that will start to slow you down, maybe not right now, but it is going to. this accident, also, involves injuries and vehicle fire as well. so, we might actually start to get some gaper delay, there as well, i'll let you know as soon as it clears out of the way >> really has parent frustrated and concerned, all schools in monroe township school district are closed this morning, as the buildings get tested for molds >> "eyewitness news" reporter henry rossoff live at

williamstown new jersey, henry , good morning, apparently parents who a lot to say last night? >> i can understanded why, rahel. i mean, parent here at holly dale elementary say student events been dealing with stomach issues as well as headaches for some time. this school closed last week. now all of the schools you mentioned in the district are closed and that's creating whole new set of issues. >> this is deplorable >> so many angry parents packed the williamstown high school auditorium monday night . the fire marshall had to ask some to leave. but, with the health and safety of their children at steak, everyone stayed late into the evening, demanding answers, about the mold plaguing holly glenn elementary school. that school was shut down last week, after the disgusting discovery inside drop-down ceilings, now the whole monroe

township district will be closed for testing >> we want to make sure everything is the way it should be. so everybody feels comfortable >> though the shut-down seems to be doing the opposite, creating a uncomfortable situation, for parent, as they scramble to find childcare >> i'm real upset that the kids are off school for a week you had all summer to test for everything. >> the plan for this elementary school, while it was remediate dollars with the mold, was to shift student to other schools to have somewhat normal day, but now that's completely shot for these parents as well as all of the other thousands of parent throughout the school district live in williamstown, henry rossoff >> bick mess, thank you, henry developing now, out west, more than dozen wild fires are burning, in northern california, ravage willing wineries, in neighborhoods, so far being blamed for at least ten dent, at least 100 people are injured and 1500 homes and businesses are destroyed. state of emergency has been declared for six counties.

we'll have more on this developing story in a live report from california, coming up at about 5:30. >> back here at home, temple student is shot and killed by police in florida after reportedly hitting a officer with her car >> trang do live at temple university with more on the chaotic turn every events. trang, what can you tell us? >> reporter: well, good morning, jim and rahel. the woman's father told our cb s station in miami his daughter was in south florida celebrating her birthday. now, he and police are trying to piece together this seemingly irradic behavior that led up to her death. a birthday weekends in miami beach turned tragic. after 22 year old temple student, was shot and killed by a police officer sunday night. witness miguel said behind the wheel after black bmw, tried to get away from police after hitting a truck. >> just started the car and ran or ran away. >> police say she ended up crashing into another car, and then struck miami beach police

officer, david, who was dealing with bystanders at the scene. seen here being loaded into an ambulance, was conscious and talking. >> we know he lost consciousness at the scene for a period of time. >> another officer opened fire on the bmw, killing her >> i heard like shots, like four, five shots, pop pop pop pop pop. and then the car lost control. >> the car finally stopped after hitting a white suv. a man with her in the bmw was not hurt. police have questioned him. >> hi -- >> appearing here in a youtube video on civil at this, was transferred student from maryland who was studying political science. garcia said she appeared to be under the influence at the time of the accident. >> was very like scary looking , and i think she was on drugs or something. >> and temple student government released this statement which roads in part: we await all of the facts as this is still a breaking story but our thoughts are with cari

ann's friends and family during this tremendously difficult time. her father said she was expected to graduate in the fall, and go onto law school. meanwhile, nearby miami dade police have taken over the shooting investigation. but for now, live on the campus of temple university. i'm trang do, cbs-3, " eyewitness news," rahel, jim, back to you >> thank, thank you. meanwhile freshman at texas tech is under arrest in connection with deadly shooting of a campus police officer. authorities say 19 year old hole as daniels shot the officer at the campus police station last night. he was taken thereafter officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia in his room. the shooting briefly placed campus on lockdown. that lockdown has since been lifted. this morning, 21 year old man is in the hospital, after he is shot during apparent robbery attempt until feltonville. happened near b and lowden streets around midnight. the victim hit twice in the right hip and is now in stable condition. investigators say, they do have a description of the gunman, but so far they've made no arrests.

a father whose son was killed after alleged shoplifting spree in bucks county has a preliminary hearing today. twenty-seven year old christopher coon of hamilton, new jersey, faces thirds degree murder charges, in the death of his two year old son. police say coon caused three car crash in tullytown, while fleeing a wal-mart last week. the toddler was not no carseat , thrown from the car, following the violent crash. >> well, investigators are re- building the time line in the las vegas mass shooting. coming up on "eyewitness news ," what authorities are learning about the habits of the accused gunman. >> also, a statue vandalized twice in two days. the controversy surrounding it , and the man it honors.

paulsboro's a very with the closing of thee refineries and there's no jobs in the community. if there's no jobs, there's no education, there's no food on the table. what's important is the children. steve sweeney... he fought for 'em. this is where he's from. steve sweeney's been here since the beginning. steve spearheaded the whole project and really brought it to fruition. it would've never been done without steve. it was a pride in building this port and then knowing that we're coming back.

>> what happened prior to the mass nerve last said eggs? >> paddock shot a security guard in the door. at the time, the guard was investigating an alarm on paddock's floor of the mandalay hotel, also learning more about the gunman. that will deposition from 2011, paddock said he gambled all night and slept all day, sometimes wagering up to a million dollars a night. >> well, police charge a man with vandalizing a christopher columbus statue in chicago. police say kyle was one of three men who defaced the monument early saturday. the group allegedly spray painted the statue with red paint. the two other men got away, but a witness held until an officer showed up. >> this was the second time the columbus statue was deface in the just two days, apparently upset off the portrayal of columbus as an american hero.

some people in pennsylvania are calling on president trump to protect local manufacturing jobs. at the monroe energy trainer refinery, the company's ceo explained how the federal renewable fuel standard is keeping local refineries from creating new jobs. >> last year alone, we spent more money to comply with the rfs than we did back in 2012 trying this whole refinery. you don't have to be a mitome tis to see how seriously wrong this picture is. >> the rfs requires local independent refineries to demonstrate that renewable fuels are blended into our nation's gasoline supply, even when they don't have the resources to do so. representatives from the trainer refinery say it is a flawed system, meantime, the company maintains, they've always been committed to protecting the environment. >> all right, 5:14. >> steamy this morning >> it was steamy this morning, and yesterday. apparently the heat is sticking around? the humidity will dial it back a little

likely see ceo feel ya develop now this storm, i show this wide zoom, just to gave you a sense where this is located. it is hundreds of miles east of even bermuda, a so far out to sea, but it is a tropical storm, right now, and it is also, in fact, strength earned with max sustained winds speeds currently 50 miles per hour. now i have actually stepped to this side to show you where this is going, it is going on strange path, typically you see them go westwards, headed eastbound, so like lost its compass, doesn't know where it want to go, eventually will travel eastbound, potentially have some impact on the azores , but no threat to north america. so, that's some good news, more importantly. some of the other places like the caribbean islands that have had to deal with such major blows with all of the different storms rolling through there. meanwhile we talk pollen. it hasn't been that bad. currently the predominant pollen still ragweed, but unless you're real serious allergy syver err thankfully the levels are pretty low for the next couple every days. wanted to throw that in there
