jessica parents are outraged as you have mentioned few answers to day after a very, very ruckus school board meeting last night. we are standing outside administration building where superintendent has been held up, all day, we have left several messages trying to reach him because parents want to know number one is what the smoking gun, why the mold in holy glenn elementary and why shut down the entire district? the best information we have right now that is school, at the balance of schools in this district won't be back in session until, at least, next monday. the day after a stormy several hours long emergency meeting in the monroe township school district frustration is still off the charts. >> i'm simply appalled. it looks like from things i have been seeing and research that they have known bit since at least 2012. >> reporter: right now all schools in this gloucester county district in williamstown are shutter, fear has spread like very mold in expert report shows was rampant inside holy glenn

cameras could help in their search for that suspect. eighty-four year-old woman remains hospitalized tonight after being hit by a car in the cities fox chase section early yesterday morning. woman was found lying on the ground, in the 8,000 block of pine road, she was then taken to aria torresdale hospital. the driver of the vehicle 24 year-old joseph bradley junior was arrested and charged with aggravated assault while driving under the influence. mother nature is, cranking up the heat in october. it feels more like august outside. we have some cool, wet weather on the way. meteorologist kate bilo live on the sky deck where she's tracking the heat and then, kate some cloud and rain. >> that is right, jessica. i'll tell you what it is october 10th and it is hot enough on the sky deck i had to go inside stand in the air conditioning for a minute to cool off, that is how warm it is. not usually this warm this time of the year. we are about 15 degrees above average right now, and the sunnies shining but that is all about to change. take a look at storm scan three right now we are protect , high pressure in

settlement of 60 million-dollar this comes just as the corporation, and four former executives were set to go on trial on bank fraud charges. the executives have not reached a settlement, their trial date has been postponed, until march of 2018. the ribbon is cut on a new school building in camden. >> they are capturing this moment in, time in a very special way. reporter justin udo from kyw news radio shows us how. >> reporter: more than 750 kindergarten through eighth grade student at mastery crammer elementary school in camden has a new 34 million-dollar state of the art facility to call home. >> we have a beautiful gym. we have a beautiful media certainty. we have a library that is absolutely stunning. we just have so many new and fresh opportunities for our kid in this building has to offer. >> reporter: at school's dedication the principal reiterated the importance of this new facility to those student's growth. >> it gives them a meeting place in our community to come , grow and to come and

learn. >> reporter: anthony says he is not used to having so many resources at his fingertips. >> it is a nice environment. good teachers. good principal. and very good to hear that is here to help us learn what we want to achieve. >> reporter: when he gets older anthony want to be a lawyer. something that was a unrealistic dream just a year ago but he add the new school and its facilities are putting him on the right path. >> it is helping me because or school i was in didn't have any opportunity for anyone to go after high school to get a good job. this school is providing that, when you get older, it is trying to set you up for life. >> reporter: during dedication students split up this time capsule with note card where they were down their dreams and ambitions and this capsule will be opened in 2034 when the kindergarten class graduates from college. >> i realize when i first, what i wanted to be when i was a little kid, so what i want to do now. >> we have students right now write down what they believe this school can bring for them and what it means to have a facility full of resource toss get them for what they want

shot from library camera parkway central library looking toward logan circle. the fountains are going. great evening to walk around, and you can see folks sitting by the fountain maybe heading out for a run this evening long the schuylkill river trail up and down art museum steps. it will be sweating out there this afternoon. it is very steamy. temperatures in the 80's, all day long, sunnies starting to, set, of course, these days get shorter and shorter. lets look at our live neighborhood network site, showing that some light, over there in the river and sky line in the background, i still love that shot. storm scan three shows us quiet conditions for now but that is about to change. here comes our next system and it is going to be a two peter. bringing some rain off to our south, during the day tomorrow , and then second batch of rain you see there over portions of midwest will come through later tomorrow night. so tomorrow we cannot rule out rain at anytime, the heaviest looks to be south of philadelphia, but as we zoom back, you can see this system brought snow to colorado yesterday along the back edge

of this very cold air in place what you are seeing there in the purple is a free warning. 37,000 people impacted by that freeze warning over portions of nebraska, and kansas, and into oklahoma. so again, it could be worse. we're complaining about the heat but look at this 38 in philadelphia. thirty-eight in millville. still warm as we head down in the south east, 85 in atlanta. eighty-eight in birmingham but here's cut off and watch what happens as we head west, 48 in omaha, 51 in minneapolis and 49 degrees down in wichita. future weather shows us quiet conditions for tonight but watch what happens tomorrow. a couple of showers creeping in even tomorrow morning, and it looks like steady rain will be especially off to the south , tomorrow in the afternoon, and then tomorrow night, so some heavier rain down in the shore here about 4:00 p.m. could impact your evening commute across the area tomorrow and then another batch comes through tomorrow night into thursday morning with another chance for heavy showers we will clear it out thursday during date but some spots especially off to the south could pick up an inch of rain, it looks like probably

with the first lady. new allegations in the harvey weinstein sexual harassment schedule, new yorker article alleged three women have accused the hollywood mogul of rape and two oscar winning actresses are speaking out about their own encounters. correspondent kennett craig is tracking developments. >> reporter: new yorker details claims not just of sexual harassment but of rape, and names italian actress asia , as one of the harvey weinstein's three victims n a statement weinstein representative said any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied. the new yorker also published an audio tape it says is from a new york police department sting operation of weinstein admit to go groping an italian model in 2015. >> you're used to that. >> yes.
