mid charges. the charges are disturbing , president of the radnor township board of commissioners is out on bail after ago rested on child porn charges. sixty-six year-old philip ahr turned himself in yesterday, investigators say they found hundreds of graphic images involving children as young as two years old on his computers >> as a township manager i'm shocked, saddened, sickened, and angered. >> there were over 500 files which were either pictures and or videos. >> in the authorities do not believe any local children were harmed. in other news another local school is closed to day as it investigates mold discovery and this time in philadelphia district confirms traces of mold were found in several classes at john kelly elementary school in germantown. officials say h va c issues caused mold to appear. crews are expected to expected finish those problems as of last night and we will keep you update todd day district

says safety and health of our students and staff are our highest priority and because of the district must thoroughly investigate the cause of this issue, jb kelly will be closed to students and staff thursday, and the district says its will provide an update by noon time. meanwhile, parents are outraged in monroe township, new jersey, district closed all six of the schools this week while it test them for mold this comes after mold was found at holy glenn elementary school in williamstown, found last week. that school will be shut down for at lee the next two weeks. massive wild fires, now destroyed more than 3500 homes and businesses in california, at lee 23 people are dead, and that number has been expect to go rise. nearly two dozen fires continue to burnout of control with no end in sight. here's cbs news, correspondent chris martinez. >> reporter: in northern california's devastated wine country the danger is far from over. >> it is going to continue to get worse before it gets better. >> reporter: authorities ordered more evacuations in the region on wednesday, as

went shelter to shelter looking for her aunt pam, pam finally got to a phone to say she was safe. authorities in sonoma county remain hopeful that the missing list will shrink as the communication issues are resolved. they also expect that the death toll to rise. chris martinez for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". well, president trump's decision on the 2015 iran nuclear deal could be announced tomorrow, a source familiar with the matter says that the trump administration won't recertify the landmark agreement. the president has until sunday to notify congress whether iran remains in compliance with the accord. the 2015 deal froze iran's nuclear program in exchange for lifting sanctions. president trump is back in washington after visiting pennsylvania, where he rallied support for his tax reform plan. hundreds of truckers welcomed the president, to the air national guard hanger at harrisburg international airport. he told them cutting corporate tax rates of 35 percent down to 20 percent will mean more products to deliver and more contracts to fill.

law which requires insurance company cover preventive health care services with no co pay. >> california, washington and massachusetts have also filed lawsuits. well, hundreds in new jersey are gearing up as the state's annual bear hunt continues this morning. the six day hunt kicked off in eight counties monday morning. so far hundreds have killed a total of 82 bears. most of the kills happened in sussex county. hunters could only use bows during first three days but now they have started to use guns. wild life officials say the hunt helps control the black bear population, opponents say the hunts are unnecessary. national transportation safety board reveals that the engineer and two of the victims in last years deadly amtrak crash in chester tested positive for drugs. ntsb says that the train that hit a backhoe in april of 2016 was not the most beyond that track. backhoe operator and maintenance supervisor were killed. the report shows engineer had marijuana in his system and backhoe operator had cocaine

lightening up further inland but the way this system will move out, it is strange. typically we will see area have low pressure move from west toe, but we have got an area of high pressure lock in over the canadian mar times. because we are doing battle with a stronger dome of high pressure verse this weak area have low pressure going in an opposite clockwise rotation counterclockwise with area have low pressure and as this is weakening it is getting shoved out of the way from north to south. what we will fine happies this , showers start to clear, or we will start to see them become more scattered as the morning and especially afternoon progress but there will be some showers around since high pressure dictating hoy this pattern will go for now but it is not over our area we will stay unsettled. high hit only 65. it is a lot cooler. we ended up over achieving and hit 79 degrees. so we will note that is difference. tonight it is down to 55. there will be a couple spots of showers that show up on the area radar and probably in the upcoming weekend but lets talk

this is getting remedied for you. crews are starting to slowly move out of your way. that is good news. blue route northbound approaching the schuylkill you can see how wet it is, that is most definitely going to slow us down this morning. looking at the airport 95 at the airport taillights moving in the southbound direction, headlights moving in the north bound direction, lot of vehicles already out there and would i say that is probably smart on a day like today, walk out your door a little bit early because of how wet and damp it is out there. it will slow you down quicker then what we see on thursday. construction cherry hill we will talk more about this in the next 10 minutes, jim and rahel, back over to you. you'll soon be able to shop for your pet while shopping at ikea. coming up in money watch report we will tell you new products store will start
