again, walk out the door with a layer, don't do what i did. meanwhile, we take a look at storm scan three which is devoid of any storms right now we are, however, what i would call unsettled pattern, because we have bit of on shore flow still kicking in, keeping the clouds in place, won't see sunshine, might even still see shower here and there. if you want to walk out the door without umbrella, though, i think you're okay to do so. because, again, these showers will be very, very spotty in nature. and, somewhat off and on throughout the course of the day. meanwhile, looking at the temperatures, yes, you understanded now right? only 52 degrees in allentown, only held back to the lower 40 's mount pocono. you do have a bit of a milder beginning, in millville, a.c. airport, into the low 60s there. but we don't rebounds too much we probably got about 10 degrees, or so, still left in us here before we wrap up the day. but, this will begin another warming trend. which we will talk about later in the show. for now just getting out the door, jackets required, light layer of some kinds, then later this afternoon we rebounds to 69.

generally still with more cloud cover than anything, but again, that spotty shower is still likely. now, looking ahead, again, the seasons can't make up their minds. we're back into summer like territory come this weekend with highs near or actually exceeding 80 degrees, i'll let you know how high the temps climb a little later in the show. meisha? >> all right, katie, thank you so much for all of that. and very good morning to all of you. happy friday. looking outside at the ben franklin bridge, looking good. i would say, starting to heat levels ever so slightly on the ben franklin bridge, obviously not slowing down less than posted speeds. just starting to take up a little bit there. schuylkill at girard, tail lie moving in the eastbound direction, kinds of the same story there. starting to see some brake lights go off on the schuylkill, blue route, baltimore pike, headlights moving in the southbound direction, you can see how many headlights are out there, also, seeing a lot of tail light out there, as well. we do have couple every accidents out there there is one, cinnaminson, so this repair going onto downed pole and wires because of the accident, because that far 130 north and south is closed at riverton road. you will have to use that

alternate river road or 295. see dropping posted speeds around that area, as well. so, just a heads up. use that alternate or if you can i would advise to possibly avoid the area altogether, if possible. swenksville, route 29, main street, another accident here. this is at park avenue. so if this is your neck of the woods, heeds up. probably won't slow you down too much, not anyway. but just be aware this accident is still lingering out there, jim, back over to you. >> thank you shall meisha. well the eagles have extended vacation after beating one of the nfl best in prime time right here on cbs-3. >> and it was a great game. eagles among the league's elite, yes, eagles offense, defense, and special teams did the job. they got the job done against the panthers on the rolled, carson wentz through more than 200 yards, three touchdowns, eagles defense, intercepted the panthers, cam newton, look at that, three times for 15 points off of turn offers, did however come down to the final minute that was close, of course we know, birds won, 28

the same fate. authorities are investigating after a body is pulled from the schuylkill river in center city. turned up yesterday morning, and the water, near walnut st. and schuylkill avenue. authority are now working to identify the body. we do know that the victim is a white man, in his 50's, and police say he was shot once in the forehead. see westbound past route 322, the shoulder and part of the lane block because after accident that's still out, frozen camera shot. starting to move now. just heads up. this is an area that's actually starting to get very busy. and south at girard, look at that, too, starting to get busy. lot of headlights, taillights, and also an accident in cinnaminson. so, this is repairs to downed pole and wires, because after accident, you're dropping less than posted speeds, route 130 southbound, it is closed at riverton road. so because that far, in this southbound direction, you will have to use alternate. river road, 295, will be your best bet around there. plus, another accident, that is still out there, in swenksville, route 29 main street at park avenue. plus, we have some construction on the pa turnpike now since cleared. but we are looking at some bridge work that will be happening, northeast extension will be closing between lehigh valley and ma hoping valley. 9:00 p.m. friday. through the weekends, until 4:00 a.m. monday. we will be talking more about this coming up in the next ten minutes, rahel, back over to you. >> meisha, see you then, thank you. swat teams from law
