"eyewitness news" reporter greg argos is live in philadelphia where the girl was last seen, greg. >> reporter: this is about the last location, where that 14 year-old girl hanna jones was seen 13th and snider here in south philadelphia. she was spotted in the three two-year old man, that guy has been since arrested but hanna is still missing. three two-year old devon harley is charged with assaulting a police officer after hitting a philadelphia sheriff deputy with his car early sunday morning. he may be key to finding a missing 14 year-old girl. >> unfortunately his whereabouts where he was taken into custody are still unknown >> reporter: backup to october e 14 year-old hanna jones reported girl missing. florence township police took the initial report and lead agency in this missing persons case. around 11:30 saturday night florence township police as well as fbi and philadelphia

sheriff deputies were able to track down hanna to the 900 block of johnston street in philadelphia she was in the white sedan with harley. >> i did observe hanna in the front passenger seat. however, the driver failed to listen to our commands and fled area. >> reporter: harley hit a cher your's deputy and sped off and somewhere between stop on johnston street and 1300 block of snider, hanna disappeared once again this surveillance video only sight of the young woman running from the scene with harley in front. >> at this point we still believe she may be in the philadelphia area but we are still pursuing all tips. >> we love you, he want you home heart are the ron ron hanna's mother, says she's worried about her daughter's safety and while police search for where exactly the 14 year-old may be, she and investigators have this message for the teenager. >> just come home. you know our phone number. you know our address. you are not afraid to get in the car or get on the train so just get home.

>> reporter: investigators and hanna's mother tell me they do not believe the 14 year-old is being held against her will, even so if you happen to know where she is or if you happen to spot hanna call 911. we're live from south philadelphia, i'm greg "eyewitness news". autopsy results pend forgo two young boys found dead today inside their wilmington home. police are questioning their mother whom authorities say made the 911 call. "eyewitness news" report report report's leash a nieves has been following this story all day long and joins us live with more on what police and neighbors are saying tonight, alycia? >> reporter: well, nicole, police have been with the mother all day and they believe that she was the only one who was with the children inside of this home just behind me, today. and despite initial concerns about a possible gas leak here , authorities believe that something else, may have caused the children's death. bags and bags of evidence removed from a home, shortly after police removed the

bodies of two children found dead inside. >> right new we believe, we were able, there were reports and what we're looking at, with children, it looks like they might have been drowned. >> reporter: wilmington police chief says authorities were called to the home around 8:30 in the morning by mother of the two little boys. wilmington police chief says authorities were called to this home on west ninth street , around 8:30 in the morning, by the mother of the two little boys. although police believe that she had been alone with the children they say that she called to ask officers to do a quote well-being check on her son. the check, turned into this investigation, and officers instantly realizing the two children were clearly deceased >> speaking with the mother to find out the details of what happened with these children, and, trying to gather witnesses. >> reporter: police are not calling the mother a suspect at this point in the death investigation they are focusing on gathering evidence and waiting for an autopsy report. >> it is sad, you know, because they look happy, she looks happy, you know, it is just a sad thing.

>> reporter: for neighbors it is hard to say the mother or anyone could hurt two children , two brothers, one just five years old, the other just a few months old. >> i sat outside on the steps with the kid, she's dressed the kid, they are dressed nice so, and, authorities are in the investigation into a tragic death of two little boys. they are still talking to the mother as we mentioned a few minutes ago. we are also questioning neighbors in the area to see if they saw anything and they are asking anyone with any information on what happened here, to come forward and talk to wilmington police. reporting live, alycia nieves for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> keep us updated, thank you. students at john b kelly elementary school in germantown will stay at home thomas mold clean up continues district announced a short time ago that the school will reopen on wednesday, but officials first announced mold was found in several classrooms, last wednesday, on on thursday school shut down

and has been closed ever since officials blame the building's hvac system for conn man nation. students in monroe township gloucester county are expect to head back to school tomorrow. all six schools in the district were shut down last week for testing and clean up and mold was found at, holy glenn elementary school. holy glenn and, a second school, white hall elementary will remain closed until further notice. students affected will be relocated to other schools, in the district. the philadelphia city controller says that many local businesses are losing money over the cities beverage tax. >> up to 650 business that is reported some drop in year to year revenue, 62 percent attributed most or all of the decline to the implementation of the beverage tax. >> butkovitz say survey found grocery stores reported most losses followed by convenient store and restaurants. survey was conduct over a month, beginning in september, we have reached out to the mayor's office for comment but haven't heard back just yet.

president trump hint today that he would be taking action in response to the opioid epidemic in the united states. the president discussed the country's problems with the drug addiction during a press conference at the white house this afternoon. >> we will have a major announcement probably next week, on the drug crisis, and on the opioid massive problem. i want to get that absolutely right. this country and frankly the world has a drug problem. the world has a drug problem. but we have it. we're going to do something bit. i will have a major announcement on that problem next week. >> in speaking about the drug crisis the president also said he watched a 60 minutes report last night about claims that drug distribution companies are helping to fuel the opioid crisis which has been especially deadly in the state of pennsylvania. >> health reporter stephanie stahl hires with family reaction and more on the pennsylvania politician that was featured in that. >> reporter: report that is right, pennsylvania congressman, sponsored legislation that a high ranking dea investigators say

every weekend where they have halloween theme activities, they have pumpkin building, and check this masterpiece out i didn't build it. a kid did. but, we can see all these of these, they have orange color bricks and green colored legos and all kinds of halloween type things. they have scavenger hunt ongoing for weekend as well and also if you have your halloween costume dressing up is encouraged here at lego land. so, brick or treating on each and every weekend but lego landis still opened each day, earlier in the 5:00 we showed you beautiful city scape that we saw, what they need to add to it though. is there one thing missing. we have rocky steps, in the city scape. we have city hall. we have liberty one and two. but most importantly, the mobile weather watcher, i think is missing from the city scape, so, guys, i took it upon myself to make a beautiful addition, to many of philadelphia here at lego land and here it is, the mobile

weather watcher. as you can tell i'm an expert lego builder, hence the missing wheels. there is no windshield but i got the satellite dish on it, and i think i got the blue and white mobile weather watcher theme going right now. i think most of the kid around here of much better lego building skills, then do i because this actually looks like a pumpkin where as my mobil weather watcher is a little bit sad. regardless it is still fun and i'm having a great time as an adult kid here at lego land. i think they will rip off my idea for addition of the mobile weather watcher unless i can come up with better skills but i will ask, i will let you know. >> it looked good, lauren. >> yes. >> that looked very good. >> a for effort. >> yes. >> yes, for a three-year old. >> park it right outside art museum and just don't tell anyone, it will be there forever.
