>> braking news this noon, we are learning that three people were killed during a shooting at a business park in edgewood , maryland, and police say the suspected shooter a man from wilmington, delaware, is on the loose at this hour. he was identified by police as 37 year old radee prince. police say he may be driving a 2,000 black selfie acadia like the one you see on the screen, it took place at industrial park south of the i95 interchange, with route

high school place on look down after gun scare. lots going on today, good afternoon, i'm jim donovan. >> i'm natasha brown, students at overbrook high school kept in their classrooms while police search the campus. "eyewitness news" reporter henry rossoff live with what police are saying about this situation. henry? >> jim, that the tasha, overbrook high school put on lockdown after teacher thought she heard a gunshot, that was immediately followed by student reporting he thought i ayman al-zawahiri classmate rushing out of the school with a weapon, the police came at 9:30 a.m., put the entire street on lockdown, they worked quietly during the time police brought in k9 units searched the entire school, officers found no one injured and no signs of gunfire and when they really pressed eyewitnesses, there was no one to really confirm, there was an actual gun siting. so detectives are investigating the possibility this may have been a fit just outside the school. but the bottom line is. >> this.

track, no injuries have been reported, multi vehicle crash on i95 bucks county snarls traffic for miles this morning , accident happened about 6:30 a.m., near the route 413 exit, and involved a tractor-trailer, two cars, and a pick-up truck, hauling a trailer. police say multiple injuries were reported. all lanes of the highway were closed for some time causing serious delays during the morning rush. the area is now cleared with all lanes opened. no word on the cause of this crash. >> well, student at john b kelly elementary school have back in class today after being off for nearly a week while officials address mold concerns. the school in philadelphia's germantown section was shut down last thursday after officials say they found traces of mold in several classrooms. officials say the mold was caused by the building's heating and air-conditioning system. in other news, president trump is now dealing with a new controversy over how he allegedly handled one of his most solemn duties as commander in chief.

up, modest one the next few days, warm up, by sunday we can peak with the warmth at 75 e , wall-to-wall, right through the time frame. at this point, monday would be the next chance for us to see wet weather even then still just a question mark, no guarantee on that, but it does look like we will have better chance to see wet weather by tuesday, all-in-all not bad at all. >> thank you so much, katie. >> jerry sandusky getting a new trial? >> greg argos live in the stat center with the judge's ruling greg? >> and natasha, jim, judge released his decision minutes ago, we learned the judge has denied sandusky's appeal it, means sandusky original sentence stands, big blow for sandusky and his legal keep, saying he did not receive adequate representation during his 2012 trial. now 73 the former penn state

assistant football coach is serving 30-zero six year sentence, so after being convicted of 45 counts of sexual abuse involving ten different boys. sandusky's attorneys introduce this post conviction relief act request or pcra more tan a year ago, initially the hearings held by judge who also presided over original trial, but he refused -- recused himself late last year because of the conflict of interest. now, state prosecutors have argued sandusky original trial was fair, and he does not deserve a new one, it appears the judge in his appeal has sided with the state, now sandusky ace attorney at this hearing told me yesterday he is holding 1:30 press conference in butler county this afternoon, once again the big development this afternoon , convicted child sex offender jerry sandusky will remain in jail, he will not face new trial after the judge denying his pcra request. we will continue to follow this breaking story but for now live in the sat center, greg argos, cbs-3, "eyewitness
