northbound and southbound, as they continue the construction on the inside lanes. they just opened up the outside which has been nice for drivers going through the area, i am one of those it, has been lovely since they reopened that onramp. ninety-five southbound between the blue route and commodore barry bridge, right lane block there. jim, rahel, back to you. >> pat, thank you. we have breaking news this morning from northeast philly where shots were just fired at police there is happened near bustleton and robbins, in mayfair. officers stopped a robbery suspect but then reportedly pulled out a gun and began firing at the officers. then ran into nearby alleyway where he tried to hide. catch up with the suspect and take him into custody. no officers were hurt. >> in other news this morning, south jersey school district is trying to get in front of some racially charged text messages so they have parents and students upset. >> the parents, and ... >> "eyewitness news" there at washington township high school where the district held

an emergency meeting last night for parents and students , and this all started earlier this week when racist text messages were posted on social media. those texts then led to a fight inside the school on wednesday. police officers were at the school yesterday following more threats of violence. officials now hoping to turn this incident into a teachable moment, a lesson. >> the hope would be that in addition to there being significant punishment for these kinds of aggressions, that we obviously do what we can to make something positive out of what appears to be something so negative. >> now, some student head peaceful demonstration yesterday in response response to the racism. student involved in the exchange every racist messages and the fight have been suspended for ten days. well, philadelphia spills the details on its bid to host amazon's second headquarters, more than 100us cities are competing for the same shot now, just waiting game. barnes foundation hosed thank you event yesterday for everyone who work on
