discovery on the 1800 block every westmoreland street just after 1:00 this morning, officials tell us the woman showed signs of trauma to her head and face. half of her body was reportedly inside the trash bag, while half of the body was partially on the sidewalk. investigators are now trying to figure out who she is and how she died. so far no arrest haves been made. >> former philadelphia district attorney seth williams faces to up five years in prison when he sentenced later today. williams pled guilty to a bribery charge in the middle of his federal corruption trial in june. the democrat resigned from office, and was immediately taken into custody. williams officially lost his law license last week. meantime the candidate dance vying to replace williams will clash in another debate tonight. larry krasner will square off against republican opponent beth grossman, and and instruments streets, debate hosted by the center city residents association, moderated by chris brennan of the philadelphia inquirer. it is free and open to the public, starts at 7:00 p.m.
