to quickly fund responses to the drug epidemic. later this morning doctors will be spotlighting the opioid epidemic on today's show. >> we spoke to doctor landry and doctor travis stork about the message that they want viewers to take away. >> idea to give people hope as they take action. as i say if anyone watching thinks struggling with opioid addiction seek help, fewer than 10 percent of the people are getting the treatment that they need but we need more resource bus we need individual, families dealing with this christ toys come forward and seek help, and last but in the least i want to mention that a lot of times people don't realize this but they may have a left over opioid prescription sitting in the cabinet. that is surprising how people become addicted. when you are done with your prescription dispose of it in a proper way, don't have those kinds of medicine just hanging around your house. >> you can watch doctors at 9:00 right here on cbs-3. time is 5:35.

different. thinks chrysanthemum festival and here to he will tuesday more is patricia, thanks for being on our show. we are literally surrounded by thousands of mums, tell us bit >> you are welcome to chrysanthemum festival, one of the most colorful times where we deck out conservatory, and thousands office beautiful chrysanthemums. >> so many different varieties as well. >> not your typical mum i have on my doorstep. >> that is right, but we like to say on the long wood we grow ordinary plants in extraordinary ways and we do that during chrysanthemum festival. these are mums you could not buy at the store. some are very rare. we have a large collection we keep in house and grow every year because we cannot find them commercially anymore and these mums allow to us do things like grow them in cascading form on the columns, huge orr like you see behind us and it is just a fascinating walk to the conservatory to see them coming up with. >> just one of these displays has so many different, flowers

, in bloom. how big are we talking about how many mums, how many blooms do we have. >> we have about 200,000 blooms, so as i said, it is an explosion of color both indoors and outdoors this time of the year so it is worth a visit. >> with that said is what kind of manpower that it takes to grow this. year round, sometimes, specific areas. >> we have rock star talent in our horticultural department and we have 70 people who work in horticulture and we have a team that works year round on the chrysanthemum festival our most challenging display to create every year and some cases we start 18 months ahead of time growing the plants and display. >> when we look you can tell not your typical display. cannot grow something in the greenhouse and bring these out these are cultivated to be precise. >> yes, a lot of pitching, shaping, that initial to making these forms and it is an exercise in patients, talent, and our gardeners are the best at it.
