sex. well, tiger wood has agreed to enter a diversion program to settle charge of the driving under the influence that began when he was found passed out in his mercedes these year. forty-one year-old pleaded guilty to reckless driving today. wood was arrested on memorial day under suspicion of dui after police found him unconscious in his park car. as part of the deal wood will be on probation for a year, and pay $250 in fine. police in tampa florida hope new surveillance video will lead them to a possible, serial killer there. three victims have been shot and killed, just days apart. the video shows a person of interest running from a place where benjamin mitchell was shot and killed. in another video before the murder that same person is seen, flipping a cell phone. twenty-nine other victims include 20 year-old an toby, and three two-year old monica. all were shot and killed within 10 days of each other in tampa, seminole heights neighborhood. the cities mayor wants anyone

for month of october, with a good amount of sunshine as well, i'm joined by charlotte castle with the office of transportation, so what can we expect tomorrow for philly free streets. it is an overview. >> you can definitely expect 3.5 miles of car free streets perfect for families to walk, bike, play in the streets and to really get to know philadelphia's diverse neighborhood. all the way down from philadelphia's historic district at second, excuse me at third and chestnut up to, the fair hill neighborhood of north philadelphia, which is a latino neighborhood, really expect arts, culture, dancing, fun activities appropriate for everyone. >> so what makes this year a little bit different from last year. >> last year we used south street as our corridor this year we are taking us through a number of different neighborhood that are unique, diverse. i think history on this route is incredible from the historic district, obviously a lot of history that americans learned in the history books but all the way up to

philadelphia's really latino neighborhood where the history is not as men but culture and arts are there. >> so it seems like shutting down city streets in philadelphia can be kind of difficult, what kind of planning has gone into making this happen for tomorrow. >> absolutely, months and months of hard work and a lot of teamwork from city agencies as well as from our partners at septa, parking authority and number of other organizations. >> are there any businesses for participating in philly free streets and doing something special for the day tomorrow. >> so part of it, we develop this as guidelines that any business along the route can enhance their business the sidewalk. we want to keep cars or excuse me keep car free routes free of anyone stopping but on the sidewalk there is an opportunity for business toss open up their doors so we heard from a number of businesses doing that, and of course in olde city and in he will center, which is a vibrant commercial corridor. >> are you looking forward to this being an annual thing moving forward. >> well, mayor has said he likes this program, so i'll

now. tomorrow looks good too but big changes on the way. one more look at this gorgeous afternoon 60 degrees in kutztown where we have nothing but blue sky as far as the eye can see, shadows lengthening a little bit and we will see changes heading our way. this front doesn't look like much, it looks like one of the cold front, but as it seems up with that system off to the south that is when it will pull in moisture. ahead of the front we have a southeasterly wind that is why things are warming up, tonight into tomorrow. things are looking good but back to the west, back edge of that low, it is windy and there is some snow in minneapolis, and on monday, as that storm departs wind will ramp up for as well even once rain is over. temperatures right now are in the 60's, pretty comfortable outside. sixty-four millville. sixty-three reading. sixty-three allentown. feels warmer with not a lot of wind and lots of sunshine this afternoon. you can see warmth ahead of the front with temperatures in the zero seven's in atlanta,

raleigh-durham, charleston. sixty-three in nashville. only 44 in st. louis. that is not very far as crow flies and back to the west behind that storm temperatures in the 30's. snow has been ongoing all day around twin cities, 34 right now. future weather shows this system pushing toward us and as it it does so we have to zoom down to the south and take a look at that storm. that is feeding moisture into our system. this is a very typical set up in the winter we have arctic cold front and coastal low that produces or nor'easter snow. it is not snow but rain, it is not january because this would be classic set up for heavy snow but we're talking rain all day sunday. notice wrap around moisture that coastal low lifts to the north. this continues even into monday morning before finally lifting out of here by mid-morning on monday, heavy rain, continuing, over portions of new england and maybe a few snowflakes in the poconos late sunday into monday not here in philadelphia as we look at different models you can see an inch and a half to two and

assassination of the president john fitzgerald kennedy is public for the first time. the national archives released thousands of previously classified documents last night. but as correspondent seth lemon reports a last minute decision to withhold some of the documents is fueling even more conspiracy theories. >> reporter: lee harvey oswald appears to be at center of the documents released by national archives on thursday, monk revelations a cia memo suggest that the man who shot president kennedy met with the kgb officer at russian embassy in mexico city about two months before the assassination. cia identified kgb officer as working for a department responsible for sabotage and murder. the fact that as walled made trip has been well known. i think what is not known is extent of his contacts with these people. >> reporter: philip sheen anis author of the book looking in the kennedy assassination. he is disappointed with president trump's decision to delay release of hundreds of documents at the request of u.s. intelligence services. >> most interesting documents

it is a cold front slicing through great lakes, it has cold air in the wake, around the back edge is snow for northern plains but this as it stand is a run of the mill system. it is when it joins forces for tropical moisture down here to the south that will all be lifted up through cuba and up eastern seaboard and tap into the storm that is moving our way, and that will enhance the rainfall when you get a kind of a corridor of tropical moisture you can see intense rainfall rates and that is why some parts of the area may see 3 inches of rain or more, through the day sunday and early monday. temperatures right now you can see south win, nice and mild, temperatures in the lower six owe's, soaking rain on the way through weekend, tomorrow is quiet, tomorrow afternoon we may start to see cloud roll in may end up kind of a gray day for your saturday, most of the day is dry nice and warm, near 70 degrees. that front starts to move through on sunday but we have that tropical moisture enhancing rainfall rates.
