twitter, calling the probe evil politics. good morning from the studio 57 newsroom here in new york. good to be with you. i i'm anne-marie green. the world series, a back-and-forth slugfest not for the faint of heart. houston's third baseman alex bregman ended it with a two-out walk-on single. the game featured seven home runs including two-time three-run shots and enough drama for the entire season let alone one game. the astros overcame three deficits to win and now lead the series three games to two.

gaem six is tomorrow night in los angeles. in other news now, cbs news has confirmed that the federal grand jury has approved the first criminal charges in robert mueller's investigation into the russian ties in the election campaign. hena doba is here in new york. good morning, hena. >> good morning, anne-marie. the president through a series of tweets sunday called the investigation a, quote, witch hunt for evil politics. >> today could be the day an indictment is unsealed into the possible link between the trump campaign and russia. sources tell cbs the grand jury. president trump called the probe a witch hunt saying there's so much guilt by democrat, clinton.

>> i certainly would have, you know, liked to know who paid for it earlier, but nonetheless, that's just one factor to be considered. it doesn't answer the ultimate question which is how much of the work is accurate, how much of it is true. >> it's still unclear who might be charged and with what. there are trump associates including campaign manager paul manafort and national security aviser mike flynn. >> i have not yet seen any definitive evidence of collusion. i've seen lots of evidence that the russians were very active in trying to influence the election. >> some of the republicans like new jersey's governor chris christie wants to know how the indictment was leaked. >> there are certain laws. president himself are not under

apologize. he added publicly he is gay and he wants to deal with this honestly. more than half the east lost electricity as a powerful storm moved up the coast with damaging winds and torrential rains. the storm came five days. the national weather service says the severe weather service continues through early this morning. the rain come down in buckets. some areas will be soaked with up to six inches. mother and son in new jersey had to be rescued. the storm was fueled by moisture from tropical storm felipe. puerto rico is looking for another company to restore its power grid. the controversial contract with whitefish energy, a small company from ryan zinke's hometown has been canceled. i about 70% of the island remains without power more than
