hand, that was a threat. >> after two hours bird was dropped off. a woman robbed at gunpoint at the kop parking garage, he returned to the same spot sunday when he was shot by police. he remains hospitalized in serious condition. >> a gunman accused of going on deadly rampage in maryland and delaware earlier this month has been indicted by delaware grand jury. new castle county grand jury indicted 37 year old prison eight counts including attempted murder. authorities say prince shot five co-workers, three fatally , in maryland, and he then drove to wilmington where investigators say he shot acquaintance. authority announced last week, prince would be prosecuted first in delaware, and then in maryland. >> philadelphia police are searching for a serial bank robber who struck twice in the same day. authorities say the suspect seen here robbed the bank every america on rising sun avenue in the northeast yesterday. they say he handed he will teller a threatening demand note, but got away

empty-handed. he tried again about two hours later at the m and t bank on castor avenue. this time he got away with some cash. that suspect is now being linked to a third holdup earlier this month, at the wells fargo bank, also, on castor avenue. >> classes canceled at the university of utah, shot and killed someone near campus. university was forced to lockdown around 9:00 last night. as authorities searched the surrounding area, for 24 year old austin buy cane. authority say he shot the victim, carjacking near the entrance of nearby nature reserve. the lockdown has since been lifted but still on the run. >> well the investigation into russian collusion produces charges against three people including former trump campaign manager, paul manafort. manafort has pleaded not guilty to charges that included money laundering, and conspiracy. meantime the white house is distancing itself from the charges insisting none of it has to do with the president. instead it is pointing fingers at the clinton campaign. well, hillary clinton quickly pushed back. >> we don't need a lengthy

investigation into russian collusion in the 2016 presidential election. >> now the white house insisting that none has to do with the president. henry rosoff with more. >> good morning, the white house is continuing to distance itself from former campaign staffers now indicted as part of the investigation into the possible collusion, between president donald trump 's campaign, and rush a meanwhile, also hearing from hillary clinton. paul manafort, along with his business partner, rick gates, faced dozen federal charges, including money laundering and conspiracy. the president tweeted in part: sorry, but this is years ago before paul manafort was part of the trump campaign. also, there is no collusion. both men pleaded not guilty yesterday. >> there is no evidence that mr. manafort of the trump campaign colluded with the russian government. >> but the real twist involved this man, george papadopoulos, foreign policy advisor for the trump campaign.

he was revealed to have pleaded guilty earlier this month, to lying about his dealings with the russians to the f.b.i. and, according to court document, papadopoulos emailed about setting up a meeting between the campaign and russian leadership to discuss us russian ties. the white house insists papadopoulos was a volunteer who was largely ignored, and investigators are looking in the wrong direction. >> there is clear evidence of the clinton campaign collude withing russian intelligence. >> last week it was revealed that hillary clinton's campaign, and the democratic national committee, paid for research that contained claims about connections between the trump campaign, and russia. clinton at event monday night promoting her book addressed yesterday's indictment. >> we don't need lengthy investigation to tell us that trump is ignoring the intelligence community about an urgent threat. law makers have call and warned against the president

lawmakers are considering making just $2,400 deduct many , so the smaller contribution, it would grow on tax deferred basis. then, whether you withdraw the money at retirement it, would be taxotere tack bracket at at that time in the future. now, here is the real critical part. any additional amount, above 2400, it would be treated like a rot contribution, meaning, you would pay the tax on it today it would go into your retirement account, would grow without taxation, then when you withdraw it later in the future, no tax due. >> so why are we even having this conversation? why do republicans want to tinker with this? >> i know. there there was so much push back last week, and after the president's tweet, we were really surprised to hear from lawmakers who say no, this is still on the table.

here is the reason. it is estimated that the retirement plan deduction cost the government about $1.3 trillion over ten years. that he very important about how this new tax cut plan will be scored. so the potential change it, would raise revenue for the government today instead every decades in the future. now, for taxpayers, the result is the exact opposite. we would lose the tax deduction today, but, the other hands, you would not have to pay any taxes on the monday that i we crib for or attack lakes in the future. by the way, one last note. ment it is not clear from any of these conversations whether the limitations being considered would apply only to employer-based plans like 401k 's or 403b's, or, to ira's , or both. hopefully we should know more tomorrow. >> a lot more questions. >> they need to keep their hands off of my 401k.
