facing federal terrorism charges. in just a few hours ago, the fbi put out a bulletin looking for a potential accomplice. that man is now in custody. with no regard for human life, authorities say 29-year-old sayfullo saipov mowed down a crowd of bicyclists and pedestrians tuesday, the deadliest terror in new york since 911. eight people were killed, more than a dozen injured. prosecuto prosecutors announced federal charges against saipov. he chose halloween for the take because he thought there would be more on the street. he appeared in federal court >> first material support of a terrorism organization. second, a federal charge of violence and instruction of a motor vehicle with willful disregard for the safety of human life that resulted in multiple deaths. >> police towed away the mangled

looking for. that's unfolding another st. francis center for rehabilitation and health care in darby bureau. alexandria hoff is live there tonight. alex? >> reporter: the state attorney general's office will not comment on the exact nature of this investigation. but what we do know is and we have seen are state inspectors in and out of the doors to this nursing home all evening long. eyewitness was told by a relative of a resident to st. francis rehabilitation and health care center in darby, that visitors were stopped at the door's asked questions about the care of their loved ones. parked out front, vehicles with the state attorney general's office investigations unit. august, complaints prompted an inspection by state officials. their finding indicated patterns of neglect. examples acting without urgency to call for ambulance transport. failure to document significant weight loss and another case where one resident's wounds went
