police tell us that the suspect has a distinctive walk as well as a facial tattoo and they described very unusual weapon that the victim used to fight him off. >> freshly moved, and it is concerning. >> reporter: neighbors new are brazen broad daylight sexual assault in the 4900 block of mulberry street in frankford. an 18 year-old girl was home alone on monday at 11:45 a.m. when she heard a knock at the door. >> she looked outside and saw what turned out to be the offender and he identified himself, as a representative of verizon and said he was there about the cable box. >> reporter: girl doesn't let him in but he is captured on surveillance video heading toward the home. police say he flipped through an unlocked door triggering an alarm, he makes his way upstairs where he sexually assaults the victim but she runs away and fights back. >> during the assault, the complaintant was able to grab a hold of the sword that belonged to the family member there and threatened him with the sword and at that point,

road rage shooting in allentown lehigh county has been identified. three two-year old charles hughes the third died yesterday afternoon, from a single gunshot wound to the chest. curtis tomorrow is is accused of shooting him in the 800 block of wyoming street. thomas was arrested yesterday after a short police pursuit and facing a number of charges , including homicide and attempting to allude police. the suspect charged with carrying out the new york terror attack is being held without bail in a federal jail in new york city. police are methodically piecing together suspect's whereabouts leading up to the deadly rampage. bicyclist and runners return to the bike path where eight people who their lives, two days ago in new york city. >> i'm not going to let one crazy guy change it, not let him take ate way from me and i don't any any of us well. >> reporter: police believe the suspect sayfull saipov acted as a lone wolf. >> we don't see anything that lead to us believe there is anyone else involve but we caution we are a day or two into this.

is turning out to be. looking live from our camera at cbs broadcast center in spring garden, as we pan the area, fair weather cloud, a blue sky, it has been a fantastic, fall day outside today. doesn't really feel like fall it feels like late summer but feels great out there, folks have to be outside kid outside at kutztown area middle school where we have blue skies and just a few which ispy cloud we have silos in the background and leaves changing. just a gorgeous afternoon. 70 degrees in kutztown right now. we have a front approaching from the west you can see where showers are warm front lifted to the north cold front still back across great lakes and as we await the arrival of the front we have got is what known at warm sector, warm front here cold front still to the west and we're in the quadrant with southeasterly winds, that is helping us warm tup day and lots of sunshine no problems out there any sprinkles stay off to the northwest and we are enjoying a sunny clear beautiful evening.

late wednesday night in the centerville area of camden, police say he saw three men involved in suspicious activity, he called for backup and then got out and walk up to them. at that time 19 year-old delran mayhand took off running. after he ran mayhand down he was shot from point blank range in the thigh and second time in the face, except the gun jammed. >> he was able to rip them out , physically stay on top until back autopsy arrived which was in second. >> reporter: fellow office's replied a turn kit to to his leg in route to the hospital. mayhand from lindenwald has a extensive criminal history. at just 19 he has been arrested 10 times and convicted of three felonies since becoming an adult. police say he is a members of the crypts gang involved in drug activity out on bail, awaiting other cases. official says after reviewing video it appears o'hanlon's move were textbook taking a known criminal and his gun off the street this was a young officer on the street for a year who acted like a veteran.
