you. >> thank you shall meisha. candlelight vigil to remember the victims every yesterday's small shooting in the small texas town town of sutherland springs, mourners gathered across the street in the first baptist church with your gunman shot and killed 26 people wounded about 20 others texas governor greg and booth joined the mourners and asked for god's comfort. president trump has ordered american flags to fly at half staff through thursday at sunset in memory of the victims. >> the gunman opened fire during sunday morning services , he was found dead short time laterment southerland spring about 30 miles southeast of san antonio. as courtney others, the focus now on the gunman's motive. >> reporter: between 40 and 50 people were attending sunday services at the first baptist church of southerland springs. at about 11:15 a.m., witnesses say a single man with a gun walk in and opened fire on the congregation. >> he is a young, white male, maybe early 20's, he was dressed in all black.

>> some four dozen people were wounded more than half of them fatally. >> at least at this moment in time there are 26 lives that have been lost. >> the gunman fled the scene in a vehicle, pursued by private citizen send, armed by a rifle, after driving north for some time, the suspect suv left the road and came to a halt in a field. police arrived to find the man dead inside it. >> at this time we don't know if it was self-inflicted gunshot wounds or if he was shot by our local resident. >> the suspect was later identified as 26 year old devin patrick kelley, investigators say they have no idea what may have prompted this rampage. >> if he came here wanting to know the motive, you will feel disappointed. >> it are provided massive response from local, state, federal law enforcement agencies. fbi and the department of homeland security among those who have joined the investigation. sutherland springs about 35 miles east of san antonio. on sunday one person describes

children, and opened fire. >> they should be able to play , go outside your house, not have to worry about this. >> we got to get err up as a family. we must stop the violence. >> investigators say a 12 year old boy was also shot in the leg. he is expected to survive. police have not released either of the victims' names. >> this morning philadelphia man formally charged in the death of his older brother. sixty year old jamison bokman facing first degree murder charges, police say he killed 674 year old harry bokman in his elkins park home. according to police the victim recently bailed his brother out of jail but wouldn't @ law him to stay at his home due to his alarming violence. >> delaware county fire left a woman seriously injured, the fire broke out yesterday evening at this home on king avenue in folcroft. once the fire was out, we're told the victim was found inside unconscious. no word on her current condition. authorities now want to know

>> 4:43, police are launching murder investigation after a woman's body was found float inning cobbs creek park. investigators believe the victim was strangled. the the passerby discovered the victim's body around 11:00 . the woman floating in the creek near 63rd and spruce streets, she was pronounced dead at the scene. so far this morning, no arrests. and, it turns through the senator ran paul's injuries are more serious than officially thought. that's after the gop leader was attacked at his kentucky home friday. police arrested senator paul's

neighbor, 59 year old rene, who admitted to going on paul 's property and tackling him. senator paul reportedly has five broken ribs, lung injuries, not clear when he will return to work. investigators are still trying to figure out a motive. >> police officer's dash cam catches dramatic footage of a man being rescued from a burning car. >> this all happened yesterday 30 miles east of los angeles, victim told police he dozed off at the wheels, slammed into a pole, flipping his car. officers struggled to put out the flames, as bystanders did their best to assist. they then heard cry for help. >> he woke up as the fire was burning his seat. at that point could you hear the man inside going i'm burning, i'm burning, get this fire out. i'm hurt, i'm hurt. >> fire was in the engine part he was on the floor. and the fire was burning him. >> police used a crowbar to pr y open the drivers door and pull him to safety. few officers suffered minor burns, amazingly this driver is expected to be okay.

>> now, while we're feeling unseasonably warm these days, washington state is dealing with snow. >> so bad, crews had to close the busy interstate near seattlement take a look at the video, for four hours yesterday crews closed stretch of interstate 90 known as snow path, blamed the wintery weather for several crashes. cars collided some spun out, interstates closure caught some drivers by surprise. >> then closed for oh, i don't know how long. but they didn't let us know. like there is no sign at all saying no, there is no sign. >> did you know that this might happen? >> no, not at all. because just because that far we are in this car, yes. >> but so far so good. everybody's cozy. >> everybody's cozy, i'm fine. >> what is she drinking? is that a newell there? crews reopened i-95, mid- afternoon yesterday, but snow and slush still covered parts of the highway. i think we were all wondering that? >> hey, bring one in case after snowstorm. >> my goodness, okay.

tail haze over the boardwalk lights here. yes, here go. look at the wide picture, a lot going on. here is some of the snow still crossing into parts of february rays, a south dakota, the front that affect us here today, that's going to usher in again few showers probably thunderstorm as well. and i don't expect any kind of major severe weather elements out of the day, but a day you might hear few rumbles every thunder. not the worse idea but any showers that do come through will be somewhat likely scat nerds nature. not everyone getting hit at any given point in time. it is actually still another mild day. up to 69 degrees here. and again, with some showers and thunderstorm rumbling on through, especially pm hours, but i wouldn't be shocked if you saw few raindrops early this morning, on my drive in, too, wasn't enough that i needed the umbrella to walk into the building. later tonight down to 42 degrees, un clearing sky, behind the front, then look forward, and yep, there goes the drop-off. even philadelphia temperatures talking about, so it will be heck of a lot chillier up in the mountains, but regardless, just some showers to look forward to here for the next couple of days, meisha?

>> ♪ >> ♪ >> welcome back everyone. little bit of haze settling over the center city skyline right there. no visibility problems yet. you may encounter little bit every fog traveling around this morning, but still wait fogger cold front to pass through, where it is coming from. more than anything today is the day to prepare for wet weather t does look like showers, thunderstorms that we're expecting are most likely to be widespread into the second half of the day. but you can already see pretty solid batch of rain working it way right now, into northern west virginia, southwestern pa , and that rain coming down pretty heavily. see where this ends up. i think most likely to cross that batch across into the northwest half of our region. but regardless, yes, it is going to be pretty unsettled couple elf days here with first the front, come tomorrow , wednesday, additional spotty showers from another front as well as separate disturbance, though just kind of busy out there. but what we had last week, if you recall, was the ups, the downs, where you were going to the 70s, the 60s, eat's, back up again, all over the place

inbetween. but this time, we just stay chilly. so actually below average right through tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, and even into the upcoming weaken here. so finally some much cooler air settling in for a time. it is not going to be that back and forth. but today certainly not like the others. it is still quite warm before the front passes. and we flirt again with 70 degrees today. meisha? >> okay, katie, thank you so much. looking outside right now, so yes, nice dry roadways will help us out for now. we can see disable vehicle still out there, 95 north past business route one pulled all the way off to the far right shoulder. tapping the brakes, travel on past that, quick peak at 42, 42 freeway at creek road, approaching 295, what we are looking at here, see starting to build levels on 42, but usually do specially on in monday morning, early monday morning at that. northeast extension southbound , crews out here past quakertown, blocking the right lane and northbound between lansdale and quakertown, one to two lanes are block there. so this will be the area that start to slow down little bit. we are looking at the turnpike as well, pa turn turnpike
