we do have an accident. actually car hit another deer. i always say tap on that horn and some of the side streets, sometimes that kind of squares them away. 202 north past boot road. you can see the crews out there, flashing lights, tapping your brakes go by, not too much volume probably shouldn't slow you down too much. we'll keep an eye on it, vine looking good, push in the westbound direction, some brake light going off jump on the schuylkill, but really looking for the typical there. same story eastbound side. so the vine starting to heat up little bit. still traveling at posted speeds, then we had accident in bucks county 95 north at route 413, that's now since been cleared out of the way. actually looking pretty good there. that hit-and-run accident that we were talking about at the desk, couple every minute ago in maple shade new jersey actually talking about it all morning long, that has now been cleared. just quick tweet from our friend, trang do, outside right now saying both directions now cleared. big thumbs-up throughout that area. construction delaware. 495 actually no, we go to another accident ft. washington just popped up. morris road at laffayette avenue. this is another area we keep our eye on now that we crack

into the 6:00 hour. a lot of the areas will start to get slow at 6:30. jim, rahel, back to you. >> thank you shall meisha. some breaking news, police in south jersey quickly arrest a driver after deadly hit-and-run in burlington county. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do, live at the scene in map he will shade with the latest in the investigation. trang? >> rahel, jim, one man dead after he was struck here on route 73, in may he shade. again, police do have a suspect in custody. but investigators are out here for some five hours. they finally wrapped up their evidence gathering, and as you can see, both southbound and northbound 73, just south of the 38-41 interchange now fully open to traffic. but take a look at the scene overnight. police got this call around 12:30 a.m. this morning, and arrived to find a man unconscious in the left southbound lane of 73. paramedics pronounced him dead on the scene. now maple shade police and fire block off southbound and northbound 73 overnight, with just one lane getting by for much of the morning, for hours

, as investigators gathered evidence here. so just to recap once again, a man is dead after he was struck on route 73 in maple shade, police do have a suspect in custody who apparently drove away from the scene, right now, still working to find out just where police located that driver. we're expecting to get an update later this morning, but for now, liver in in maple shade, trang do, cbs-3 " eyewitness news," jim, rahel, back to you. >> trang, thank you. >> in other news, firefighters made quick work of overnight blaze in south philly. "eyewitness news" on the 1900 block of hamburger street just after midnight. officials say no one was hurt in the blaze. so far no word yet on a cause. >> a two year old boy is shot and killed in philadelphia's olney section, now police are trying to figure out who is responsible. it happened on the 200 block every west godfrey avenue yesterday afternoon. police say the toddler was inside the home's basement when he was shot in the head. the boy's father rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. one neighbor we spoke to,

upset the child even had access to the gun. >> i'm just heart broken, really heart broken about it, please put the guns down. put them away. sad, the baby didn't have a sin on him, two years old. >> we're told investigators did not finds a weapon at the scene. police say several adults were inside the home at the time of the shooting, officials say this appears to be a tragic accident. >> police also trying to figure out who is behind a shoot that left a man and three teenagers in the hospital. this happened around 10:30 p.m. last night in point breeze. chopper three over that scene on the 1800 block every south ringgold street. two, 14 year old boys, 15 year old boy, and a 28 year old man were all shot. the 15 and 28 year old all in critical condition. and the other teens are stable >> well, president trump is in viet nam this morning as he continues his tour of asia. earlier he attended the asia pacific economic forum. what everyone want to know will president trump meet with russian president vladmeere putin who is also there. here is more now from cbs news correspondent steven portnoy,
