fighting for change. i'm natasha brown, thank you for joining us, gunfire erupted at the feltonville club. one man is dead and two others are recovering, alicia nieves is tracking the latest from the case for us. alicia. >> reporter: well, natasha, tonight please say this morning shooting at the night club and lounge stems from argument involving a two men and security guard. people familiar with the lounge say this is not the first time something like this happened there and in fact some refer to it as essentially hot bed for homicide. two men are in the hospital and one man is dead. >> people need to know the amount of homicides happening at the a lounge it's a death trap for people that could go in there. >> it's the fourth homicide we've covered there in recent

years and there was one a few months ago zone athis one in january of 2015 claimed the life of 34-year-old alejandro rohas garcia. >> day my son was murdered i woke up that morning and was given the news and today i woke up again and heard that another person had been murdered and i know there's a mother out there who is going through the same thing that i went through three years ago. >> she is prays for the family of the 37-year-old man killed here this morning and her and her husband hope action is taken and realize that gun violence in the city is on the page and you continue your life with. >> a want to call on law enforcement and people coming out of law enforcement myself to practice intelligent policing and intelligent monitoring of that a lounge and because one murder is too

many. and we did reach out to the lounge for comment on this shooting and past ones. we've still not heard back from lounge owners. the houn lounge did have armed security guard on outside of the lounge. that security guard was able to shoot the initial shooter not before the shooter allegedly was able to shoot and kill a 37-year-old man. reporting live outside philadelphia, police head quarter, auto leashia nieves, cbs3 eyewitness news. >> alicia, thank you so much. also tonight we learned the name of the man that do ied in the fiery tractor trailer crash that shut down route 202 west goshen adam swop of malvern was killed the 3 38-year-old was well known in the community as member of chester county democratic committee. the tractor-trailer hit at least one vehicle overturned and then burst into flames. and this is eyewitness video of this accident from yesterday afternoon route 202 closed more than 12 hours. it finally reopen entered

early this morning. and a little league baseball community is heartbroken right now after finding out that their concession stand burned to the ground last night. these are photos of the stand and stanton, delaware, it was the main form of fundraising for stanton new port little league. coaches and parents renovated the stand themselves last season. fire officials are still investigating exactly what caused the stand to burn on you. >> and now, the last few days have felt more like beginning of winter than us being in fall. if you thought the frigid temperatures were the end of blast of cold you should think again. there's a wipty mix that may be headed our way. but when, let's check in with the the experts, meteorologist lauren casey tracking developments for us a wintry mix of course i get nervous when i hear that lauren. >> everybody gets nervous north and west of city it will not be a significant event but we could see some time in some areas of light snow and light freezing rain mixing in with rain overnight tonight.

storm scan showing us we have clouds arounds and returns indicating this localized area of light snowfall and light wintry mix. nothing verifying at the surface yet and as we pan out we have an area of moisture up with association with upper level disturbance and that moisture will continue to track way eastbound into the overnight period. and into these areas up towards lehigh valley and berks count yain far northwestern suburbs. we could see sometimes light fraezing rain and light snowfall as we head late tonight into early monday morning. best chance for this type of precip is 5 a.m. to 9 . but minimal accumulations little to no accumulation is likely and we'll talk about limiting factors on why this likely won't be a significant event but something you have to keep in mind for monday morning commute coming up in the full forecast in a few. >> lauren we'll see you soon. president trump tour of eric qua coming in eye close with controversial meeting of the president with the philippine philippines. trump greeted rodrigo diteri

we need to fix this broken background check system. >> they're expected to introduce legislation related to background checks this week. >> congregation members of first baptist church in sutherland springs held first service since last week's shooting taking place problems away from the church where the gunman killed 25 people including pregnant woman and children. the church itself opened as a memorial this evening. it will pay tribute to the lives lost in that mass shooting. developing at this hour, at least 61 people are dead after an earthquake today in the region between iran and iraq. the u.s. geological survey says it was a 7.2 magnitude skaik that also injured 300 people an iran sits on many major fault lines and prone to earthquakes almost every day. >> nasa sent another rocket meantime into space today. this one lifted off from the coast of virginia early in the morning. it is holding a cargo ship

average with a high temperature at 50 tomorrow. storm scan showing us generally quiet conditions and returns not verifying at the surface as you go to berks county and dealing with area of disturbed weather that will continue to move eastbound and most of the moisture will move off to the north and east. we will see moisture and energy building in through the overnight period. and early tomorrow morning. we could see some winty mix. future weather going to show us what is endplay. up until midnight increasing clouds and no to worry about and we head to the overnight period. precipitation. most robust moisture will be kind of moving into parts of south jersey. we'll see less in the way of moisture north and west of city. we will have moisture around. cold temperatures. you see pink breaking out towards berks country and portions of lehigh valley. and 6, 7:00 in the the mornin morning. again patchy in nature where we have uniform rain in city and points south and east and they breaks up as we head into

second half of morning and maybe a few showers up toward the poke 2340ez and 9, 10:00 hour and lingering rain showers along the coast into midday and then the afternoon, your evening commute, no problems with decreasing clouds and increasing sunshin sunshine. but, yeah, we have limiting factors with this system and it won't be a significant wintry mix he snrent these areas. deal with upper level he energy and a lot of this evaporates headed to the surface. limited moisture especially in the areas that will have air temperatures more conducive to wintery type precip and also talking about temperatures of soil across most of the delaware valley. soil temperatures 37 to 45 degrees. so that light know and freezing rain hitting soil it will melt on contact so we can see maybe light accumulations on the grassy surfaces and this is our most aggressive model and it's still only giving really a trace of ice up toward berks country and portions of lehigh valley. but it could make things briefly slick in these areas
