right now? >> jim, rahel, good morning, right off us1 right by the mercer mall. i'll get out of the way and show you very wide ranking crime scene tape securing not just the entire parking lot of this apple bee's, but good part of the median that surround t most of the investigation on the other side. let's show you video from the investigation. police not saying much on the scene or at headquarters when we called in several times now but i can tell you based on seeing scenes like this for many years, this has all of the hallmark of a very serious criminal investigation and since we're seeing certain types of detectives out here, we think this is a violent crime investigation. that's as far as we're willing to go right now without getting official police confirmation. but for them to be out here, this time of night, several hours after the apple bee's is closed, to lockdown the area, in such a manner, tune have so many detectives out here in the middle of the night, we know this to be a very, very serious investigation.

investigating the judge. the report says undercover agents have been in the courtroom monitoring judge denise brinkly as far back as april 2016. demonstrators upset over mill 's sentencing rallied outside the criminal justice center yesterday. they say his sentence of two- four years for probation violation sun fair. several celebrities lent their support to the philly born rapper, as well. >> we're not going to act like meek mill is an angel, he's the man, man who made some mistakes, and for ten years has paid for those mistakes. >> here for meek for justice and to stand up against, you know, a system that's flawed and broken. >> along with the freeing of mill, demonstrators say they want the judge to be recused from the case. police in bucks county trying to find a driver they say opened fire during road rage incident in bristol township. the shooting happened on the off ramp from 95 to route 413

just before 5:00 last night. authorities say the suspect shot at the victim's hyundai two times. the one shot hit the top of the passenger door, and the other bullet struck the side of the car. officials say the driver who opened fire was driving 2003, rendezvous. no one was hurt during the incident. >> the suspect behind bars this morning, daniel clary out of the hospital and in prison after he was shot during a gun fight with troopers last tuesday. judge set bail at $1 million. authorities say the 22 year old opened fire or two troopers during traffic stop on the side of a northampton county highway: conrail seth kelly shot several times, he's still in the hospital in stable condition. another trooper suffered minor arm injury during the struggle clary facing attempted murder and related charges. prosecutors filed new charges in the death of penn state paternity pledge. follow the fbi recovery of security video taken from the

son face as hearing. investigators say christopher kind of hamilton mercer county fleeing wal-mart theft when he crashed his car in tullytown last month. his son was ejected from the vehicle and died at the hospital. prosecutors say coon left his son for dead as he ran from the crash scene. >> the jury in the corruption trial of new jersey senator bob menendez resumes deliberations this morning after telling a judge they cannot reach a unanimous verdicts. judge told them to go home to clear their heads and return today. menendez accused of taking gifts from wealthy friends in exchange for his political influence. menendez said he hopes the jurors who believe in his innocence stand strong on his behalf. >> clearly there are jurors who believed in my innocence. i want to thank them for that. i want to thank all of the jurors for their service. but i believe no juror should be coerced. >> and jurors dismissed last week predicted mistrial in the

of the screen, the flags, right, there on top of the building. and they're not moving at all. a very calm start to the morning, not just here in the christmas city but pretty much everywhere. there are a few minor caveats to that story, however. you may encounter some localized fog, as you hit the road here this morning. just in the wake of yesterday 's rain. but, at this point, we're looking pretty good. when you look at the visibility, just those little speckles of sort of gray area there, back across parts of berks county, montgomery county, may encounter fog in those spots. but for the most part at least of this slew of observations, we're pretty good. visibility is at least 4 miles , if not much higher, depending where you go. so, keep it in mind, a possibility, but it may not pose too much after issue for you if you are hitting the road say in the next couple every minutes, storm scan quiet. will stay that way, weaver tranquil day, with a mix every sunday and clouds, our next rounds every showers, comes along tomorrow, late day, especially at night into thursday morning, but it is accompanied by little warm up, too, meisha.
