the roof had to be removed to get them out. we are told the driver managed to walk away, three passengers were hospitalized with serious , but non-life threatening injuries. new this morning a man is shot to death in philadelphia 's cobbs creek section, officers say that the man was hit several times in the chest. he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead just before 3:00, police tell thrust were several witnesses all taken to the police station for questioning, it is not clear what led to that shooting. meanwhile in northeast philadelphia a pregnant woman is in stable condition after a argument with her next door neighbor evens in gunfire this happened on the 1500 block of roselee street in, oxford circle. investigators say 21 year-old woman, who is nine months pregnant was shot once in the right leg and it traveled through to her left leg. police say the injuries should not impact her pregnancy, the neighbor is under arrest, no word what started the argument a delaware county doctor is facing criminal charge these morning, after two women came forward accusing him of inappropriately touching them

during their physical exams. police charged 89 year-old doctor, with indecent assault. his office is on the 400 block of long lane in upper darby. we spoke with another patient who said she has also felt uncomfortable under his care. >> every time i came back i was like why do he always rub my leg? i was uncomfortable but i didn't want to make a big deal out of it. >> first patient came forward in july but authorities didn't have enough to arrest the doctor until november 1st when a second patient came forward, officials are now asking anyone who feels they were victimize todd call the police philadelphia police officer is accused of being on the other side of the law. three three-year old officer eric troy snell was arrested yesterday on federal drug charges. federal prosecutors say snell conspired with the baltimore detective to sell drugs, seized during police operation ness baltimore. snell facing up to 20 years in prison. updating a story that was breaking yesterday morning police in mercer county are looking for i gunman who fatal ly shot a customer inside a applebee's restaurant this

happened at route one in lawrenceville early yesterday morning. twenty-three year-old devin smith of lawrence township was gunned down sitting at restaurant's bar. no one else was hurt. the shooter got away in a dark colored suv. we're learning more about the philadelphia judge who sent philadelphia rapper meek mill to prison last week. meek mill's lawyer says judge made an odd request of his client and gave him an an unusual amount of attention. rapper is facing two to four years for violating his probation from a 2009 drug and gun charge. fbi is investigating judge jeanice brinkly's conduct. meek mill's lawyers said brink ly sailed he needed to sing a song and include her name in it. lawyer also said that the judge personally monitored his community service, and meek mill's attorney filed a 157 page motion to get brinkly off the case. >> we believe that thinks such a wrong, that the only way it can be righted toys bring him home. >> reporter: but with the word

welcome back. time is 4:42. for second year in the row pennsylvania state senate is advancing legislation aimed at allowing local police to use radar to catch speeders. right now only state police are allowed to use radar or infrared laser lied to time drivers. it has sent to the house of representatives. allegheny senator says they are only state that does not how local police to use the devices. well, we have bizarre surveillance video to show you , woman caught on camera helping herself some free food at a mcdonald's drive through. take a look at this, this happened on not fifth in howard county, maryland outside baltimore month.

happy wednesday. we have an accident 95 south at betsy ross pulled off to the shoulder that has been since clear. ninety-five is looking good. we do have this accident out there new jersey turnpike southbound past route 73, that is also pulled off to the shoulder. so not slowing you down too much just call it tour tension and keep our eye on it. construction between 30th street and south street left lane block, that is now cleared, westbound side however right lane is still compromised and off ramp to 30th is still closed. we will let you any when crews move out of the westbound side of the schuylkill. construction schuylkill westbound off ramp to conshohocken, that was closed, that has also now, since been cleared but we are looking at 422 closed for construction eastbound between ben franklin highway and route 100 we have to use an alternate. route 724 is your best bet, and we are showing yellow letting you know tapping your brakes traveling by there at 4:00 o'clock hour. construction crews out here as well pennsylvania turnpike east and westbound between bensalem and willow grove that

welcome back everyone as we take a live look here over center city philadelphia, as though, things are looking pretty quite to it day. yesterday was also a tranquil day for the most part we did have some cloud cover, we will see that yet again today but we are waiting the next pattern change and that will come in the form of the frontal boundary crossing through late honest specially tonight. for now expect it is not quite as harsh as yesterday, we will get a few additional degrees tacked on the day time high, closer to seasonal and it will remain dry throughout most of the day. lets look at wider zoom on

storm scan and this next system in questioning bring in the moment right now iowa, illinois, and, missouri for the most part finding just scattered showers. that is essentially what we will find here but really, for the most part not until tonight. we will time things out, taking you to 5:00 p.m. this afternoon and early evening, at which point there could be a few speckles on the radar but bulk of anything that does come through just scattered those parts, will hold off until overnight hours. one, two, 3:00 a.m. so we will have wet weather to track albeit scattered showers about this same time tomorrow. then it begins to clear out with time and wind picks up and chill will start to settle in come friday. so for now chilly but we do still have a light wind currently in the 30's up across the region as a whole, there are spots in the lower 40's, south jersey, southern delaware but with time all of us do rebound back in the 50's we are up to 53 here in the city, come thursday though
