, this morning. >> luckily weather is quiet, most of the day looks tranquil , it is later nittany wet weather will return to the forecast here. so we're looking pretty good. even though when we look at storm scan we have some green out to sea at this point so not too much of a concern but again there is a frontal boundary that will work east and that will bring witt scattered showers in the overnight. for now we are looking okay, storm scan, tranquil making its tri-state sweep. looking at area temperatures it is not terribly harsh across dover, atlantic city, even millville in the lower 40 's right now. mid to upper 30's up and down i-95 and colder progressively to the north and west but there is not a lot of wind out there either. even though it is a cold 27 pottstown good news is you don't to have factor in the wind chill this morning in that area or anywhere else. thirty-six in mount holly where national weather service regional held quarters is located, chill in the air for those guys as well, meanwhile, sending your bugs out to the

then an accident here new jersey turnpike southbound pennsylvania route 73, it is pulled off to the shoulder but this is an area where even now you can start to build some gaper delay around here. i'll let you know when this clears, head up heading up there right now, this accident is still out there 422, so still closed for construction between ben franklin highway and route 100 eastbound side your alternate route 724 is your best bet, jim and rahel, back over to you. well, we are following breaking news this morning as police search is happening right now for four escaped juveniles from the youth detention center in atlantic county. >> eyewitness nice reporter frank does live on the scene in egg harbor city. trying to figure out what has happened but trang do what can you tell us. >> reporter: this search is ramping up, so much so that police moved us a half mile away from the scene. we are at a firehouse, on philadelphia. over on the 900 block ofberger street is where the search is

concentrated. what we're told from atlantic county sheriff's officer that is four juveniles escaped from the harbor field youth detention center which is a half mile from that 900 block ofberger scene. we're told those juveniles stole a car and they crash it into a home on the 900 block ofberger street. those juveniles then fled and ran off in the neighborhood and at this time police are still searching for them. i was just in that neighborhood and what i was seeing was officers with long guns and k-9's searching the area, combing all of those spots, in and out of these allies around this particular detention center. again, what we do know about these juveniles we know there are four males and that is all we know about them at this point. this search is ramping up here in egg harbor city. you saw galloway township police car here as well. so lots of cooperation here going on in atlantic county. for now we are live in egg harbor city, i'm trang do for

cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> more details to come. we will check back with you, frank do thank you. in other news this nasty three car crash in springfield , montgomery county has had part of the bethlehem pike shut down overnight this happened around midnight mere gordon lane. four people were trapped inside that mangled car, roof had to be removed to get them out. we are told the driver managed to walk away, three passengers were hospitalized with serious but non-life threatening injuries, and, all lanes, are once again, opened to traffic. we are learning more about the philadelphia judge who sent meek mill to prison last week. philadelphia rapper is facing two to four years for violating his probation from a 2009 drug and gun charge. fbi is investigating judge jeanice brinkly. brinkly told the rapper that he needed to sing a boys two men song and including her name in it. the lawyer said he personally monitored the community service. meek's attorney now wants brinkly off the case. >> there is in good reason for him to be sitting in prison

today. none. >> stand with meek mill passed through center city last night meek mill's close friend and sixers co-owner michael rubin paid for the billboard supporting for the rapper. we have not heard back. we should note judges don't typically comment or do interviews. pregnant woman is recovering this morning, she was gunned down by her next door neighbor following an argument. this happened yesterday, evening, in the 1500 block of rosalee street in northeast philadelphia investigators say 21 year-old woman, who was nine months pregnant was shot once in her right leg and bull it traveled through to her left leg. her injuries should not impact her pregnancy. the neighbor is under arrest n word what start that had argument. a 16 year-old accused of double murder in south philadelphia last month will be in court for a preliminary hearing. brandon oliveri is charge in the deadly shooting of the 16 year-old sal due knew bile and contact legal miller. police say gunfire erupted after an argument outside dinubile's home near 12th and ritner street.

oliveri is currently being held, without bail. the two brothers accused in the shooting death of girard grand sol will face a judge this morning. marvin roberts who turned 17 and his 20 year-old brother maurice roberts killed grand sol during an carjacking in front of his spring garden home. investigators say brother shot and killed grandsol protecting his two-year old daughter who was in the back seat of the car. happening today a benefit dinner to help those affected by that fire that destroyed bridgette foys restaurant on south street. fire doing down a neighborhood stapel and displaced a dozen people living nearby. tonight south street hoed house district is hosting a culinary tasting event featuring top chefs and bartenders held at head house square shambles at second and pine streets. police in mers county looking for a gunman who fatal ly shot a customer inside a applebee's restaurant. remember we brought you this story yesterday morning. shooting happened at route one in lawrenceville. police say 23 year-old devin

this is from the poconos at jack frost big boulder, we are coming up to a new moon, which means that you basically don't have any moon light at all, it is coinciding with the meteor shower that is peak but problem there is we will have some cloud overhead which we will get to let me take to you storm scan and show what you is up. here's your first disturbance that comes through with scattered showers late tonight and early tomorrow especially maybe a few see a sprang will sooner then that. then this batch of moisture is next big thing that will cross the country and get here by weekend. it is a duo of front for us, much bigger deal across new england. warm front on saturday bringing with it some rain especially in the afternoon and then the cold front will cross into sunday. now this cold front will likely get out too quickly for to us see any appreciable snow but with the northwesterly wind kicking up in its wake especially northwestern counties are very likely to see with the colder air catching up here a couple snowflakes primarily to the north and west of the city.
