take anything, they just beat me. >> it's a group of teens attack him last week at 12th and oxford a block from the campus. we met him where he was attacked an area he knows well. he said the teens wasted no time >> the taller kids among the four turned to my side and pom punched me in the back of my head. >> reporter: after the punch he was hit three times with pipe, fell to the ground but still conscious. got the attention of a security guard who called an ambulance. >> after they went away, i just said thank you so much for being here, if you weren't, i would have been as good as dead. who knows before a would have happened in no wasn't was there >> a police source tells "eyewitness news" detectives are looking for witnesses or

surveillance video. about an hour later, a homeless man was attacked near campus, detectives believe the same teens are responsible. we spotted authorities out on campus wednesday making sure students stayed safe. a temple spokesman called the attack serious and says students can always call for transportation through the university >> where it's safe to park. because this area, i mean, this isn't -- what a bacon off campus? and i got attacked a block off campus? what's safe? >> reporter: detectives want to speak to these teens as soon as possible, any information give police a call, you can remain anonymous. reporting live from temple. david spunt cbs3 "eyewitness news." thank you. between the, the manhunt continues for a teenager murder suspect who broke out of a south jersey youth detention facility. he's one of four teenagers who accident happened. bridgeton with the latest on the search. alex? >> reporter: well, jessica, what we do know is that the 18-year-old who is still at large has a strong connection to bridgeton. he was being held for a murder that took place here one year ago. with over 100 officers, more than 25 k9 teams and choppers overhead, the city of bridgeton boiled over. >> to see it on tv now it's here in your home. >> reporter: schools were placed on locked access roads turned to checkpoint. all of it a means to capture murder suspects hug begins he overpowered corrections officers in atlantic county. police say they then stole keys, broke free of the facility and fled in a stolen car.

>> the younger brother pulled the trigger but it was the older one who brought the gun to the crime scene, they ordered both suspects to be held on murder charges and relate robbery charges. almost $300,000 are missing from the tax collector's office in upper darby township. investigators are trying to figure out where that money went. the first sign of trouble came about six months ago when workers noticed money missing. the township police department referred the case to the delaware county district attorney's office, which is now investigating. sources tell "eyewitness news" the person at the center of the investigation no longer works for the township. philadelphia wins an injunction against the justice department. the judge ruled they cannot withhold a grant from sanctuary cities >> the court has decided today and i'm glad that people can read for themselves in the extensive opinion how our policies promotes safety, help

optimistic about the future. alabama senate candidate roy moore is taking on one of the women accusing him of sexual misconduct. today, his attorney demanded she release a high school year week she claims he signed decade ago so a handwriting expert can review it. it comes amid growing calls from republicans for to drop out of the election, two new accusers came out bringing the number to six, moore continues to maintain his innocence. in the wake of the various sexual misconduct scandals, pennsylvania is taking a closer look at none disclosure agreements. their common features and settlements where the alleged victim agrees not to pursue litigation or discuss terms of the deal in exchange for a sum of money, lawmakers are working on a bill that protects the curious while naming the harasser. >> those who are concerned about will this deterrent to those agreements? i think frankly more people will
