>> right now at noon, cbs suspend anchor charlie rose after allegations of sexual misconduct. today we're hearing from his c bs this morning co-anchors gale king and nora owe doll donnell. good afternoon, i'm rahel solomon. >> i'm jim o'donnell. they spoke out this morning about the suspend suspension of their colleagues after eight women came forward in the washington post accusing rose of various misconduct. >> meg oliver has the latest.

>> charlie rose was absent from the cbs this morning anchor desk. the network suspended him in the wake of stunning sexual misconduct allegations. >> what do you say when someone that you deeply care about has done something that is so horrible. how do you wrap your brain around that? i'm really grappling with that that said, charlie does not get a pass here. >> gale king and nora o'donnell admitted it was a difficult morning for them. but applauded the women who came forward. >> this will be investigated. this has to end. this behavior is wrong. >> this is charlie rose. >> the washington post published claims from eight women who all worked or wanted to work for the veteran ran news man long running cbs program, one said he groped her in a car two, women say he walked naked in front of them after taking a shower. he allegedly invited one woman to his home on long island,

while considering her for a job. she describes crying the entire time, as he reached down her pants. >> he owns the show. there is no human resources department, and in the charlie rose show. >> many of the women say if they wanted to file an official complaint they wouldn't know who to go to. >> in a statement rose said i deeply apologize for my inapropriate behavior, i'm greatly embarrased, i behaved insensitively at time and i except responsible for that. so dow not believe that all of these allegations are accurate i always felt that i was pursuing shared feelings, even though i now realize i was mistaken. the washington post reporter says more than a dozen other women have reached out to share their stories. since the article first appeared monday. >> meg oliver, cbs-3, " eyewitness news." in other news this noon, former drexel neurologist is pleading guilty to charges related to the alleged sexual abuse of several of his patients, our joe holden live

at the criminal justice center in center city where just wrapped up. >> doctor ricardo of wynnewood , the former chair of drexel's neurology department, pleaded guilty to arrange of charges, from indecent assault , to harrassment. now he admits to assaulting number of female patients in his care. and we caught up with him, as he was leaving court. >> doctor, how could you do this to those women? >> you pleaded guilty. how many other cases are you involved in? >> well, choose to go keep quiet, cbs-3 was the only tv station here, for his guilty plea. now, the quote monster doctor could have seen seven years in jail for his crimes, but the deal his attorneys struck keeps him out every jail and on probation for that amount of time. his victims telling the court he molested them on inpatient visits, some say since attempted suicide in the aftermath.

the 400 block of ridge pike just before 6:00 last night. we're told the death being investigated as a homicide. no more details about the death have been released the victim's identity not known at this time. >> state trooper due in court. daniel clary shot at two state troopers on november 7th, wounding corporate set kelly. shooting happened after a traffic stop on route 33 in northampton county. state police say corporate kelly applied tourniquet to his leg likely saving his life he's still hospitalized. >> philadelphia police charging 21 year old woman with the murder of her grandfather in the city port richmond section, yesterday authority arrested patricia, and officers found her grandfather, 80 year old robert girard dead inside the home they shared the 2500 block of east lehigh avenue wednesday night. officials say she stabbed her grandfather multiple times, and police still working to determine a motive. ikea reland of the the recall of 29 million chess z and drawers after the death of

a eighth child. the dressers can tip over if not fastened to the wall. that's how a two year old california boy died in may. first recalled the furniture in june of 2016. the chester county family sued ikea after their two year old son was crushed when the dresser fell on him in 2014. the company is asking again customers secure the dressers or return them for full refunds. >> the insurance institute for highway safety released its yearsly recommendations for booster seats. >> the list this year includes new models. thirteen of the models receiver the highest rating of best best, cosco finale and the back less chico go fit awards the top ratings. what we're looking for is the shoulder belt to be positioned at the center of the shoulder, so not falling off the shoulder or riding up on the neck. and the lap belt, we're looking for it to be low on hips. >> the i. hs recommends children use booster seats until safety belts fit properly regardless of their age.

gets cooler and cooler, now, still mild, for the standards anywayment looking at wider zoom on storm scan, you notice this very, very weak looking frontal boundery. and it will stay weak, as it crosses our area later tonight in tandem with that area of low pressure starting to show better organization, than it did even few hours ago, this will scoot off to the northeast, just barely clip us , if these two pieces were to come together, we could have pretty interesting scenario on our hands. that will not happen at least not as this is all passing by our area. in philadelphia, don't worry about much more than isolated shower later tonight, north and west of the city some of you probably don't even see that spotty shower, it will be just that spars. but south new jersey, delaware , built of different story for you. it is likely that you get clipped enough by that area of low pressure that you ends up with some light to moderate rain through the overnight specially, and may even see rain ability as hive as half inch. look at the two weighs cents of the puzzle, do start to come together, don't quite connect. so, what that means for later

on tonight, we go hyper local here, is that by 2:00 a.m., even as early as inned night, little hint of wet weather picks up in southeast pa, but the bulk of any wet weather would be confined to southeast new jersey, and part of delaware. so unless you are traveling the garden state parkway, you're going to get started on this very busy travel day, generally quiet note. except at the immediate shore. and then everyone clears out. and finds even lunchtime if not sooner for most of you, you're back to full sunshine, little breezy granted but it looks like pretty quiet end, cooperative day in terms of travel. even leading to up a lot of people already out by 6:00 a.m. friday shopping. thing are nice and clear, do start to get the chill settle back in, we'll slow it to you in the seven day, for now, 16 degrees, kutztown area middle school, not bad. started off in 20's here if you recall early this morning, so really is feeling pretty good, modest winds out of the southwest, right now, to that area. current temperatures, 56, up

and down i95, flirting with dover, really is a pleasant for the standards start to the afternoon in most locations, now, dow expect that will continue that rebound for the next few hours, and end up 61 degrees, not shabby for the standards, by late tonight, cold front starting to move through, what it lacks in moisture it will make up cool air survives, by the time we hit thursday, hard pressed to break out of the mid 40's, so chilly after the meal football game, i would say, in the backyard. right, jim, you will be talking? >> i like it cool like that on thanksgiving. >> there you go. well, two brothers have always been closer, frightening experience brought them even closer. >> meisha with today's love it meisha? >> two brother from arkansas born two years apart have always been very close, loving all of the same things and sharing many of the exact same like experiences, as well, but one of those shared experiences was a slobbing to both of them. take a look.

>> john and josh almost died within two month of each other it started when the oldest, josh, went to see a doctor after a cross fit work out. >> he had a cat scan. found to have aortic aneurysm. >> doctor fret metters took one look at the scan and operated immediately. josh, was a ticking time bomb. >> ninety press of people that have an aortic dissection in this location die within 14 days if it is not treated. >> josh life waist saved. but then, a little over two month later, younger brother, jonathan was helping a friend with a business move and fell off a ladder. >> and whether that happened, they did a ct scan to check to see if i was paralyzed. >> the scan revealed that just like his older brother, jonathan also had an aortic aneurysm, and needed immediate attention. the surgery was successful. and once again, performed by doctor mettrs. >> these two young guys that came from the northwestern part of the state did not have any other clues that they might have had it. so they were both, both lucky.

>> very lucky. and even that feels like an understatement. so what do the brothers say about the whole ordeal? true to their nature, well, we like to compete. we couldn't let one have open heart surgery without competing with it. great to see both of them having a sense of humor about an otherwise very scary ordeal so i don't know about you guys , but i have two brothers, two sisters, we are all all 18 months to two years apart. i have to say we all similarities, but none of us, all of us, all five of us, none of us are that close where you resemble life experiences like a wave like that. >> definitely. >> how about the twins, katie, i have to ask, do you feel like -- >> they're peas in a pod. >> oh, so it has been a few month since both brothers had their surgeries and they both admit they're very happy to have their lives back to normal, and they're hoping to keep it that way, yes, i would say so, glad you're both recovering well. >> good to hear that. >> thanks, meisha. up next discovery out of this worlds. >> in fact nasa says this object isn't even in our solar
