took advantage of her won't see time in jail. >> it is difficult. it is very difficult. i was than the happy with that >> reporter: in court doctor's lawyers say he was twice investigated by drexel university and then cleared, that sobering revelation for these women. >> clearly they were protecting their own interests , you know, that is pretty obvious, they are looking at their own liability in this. >> reporter: cruciani will now register as megan's law owe fender and will be on probation for seven years but he may not be completely in the clear. >> we know that there is investigations continuing in new jersey and new york and we believe also in philadelphia as well, on behalf of a number of other victims. >> reporter: he is also forbidden to practice medicine for the rest of his life, his lawyer assuring us he will be back to serve his probation honoring that 100 million-dollar bail. >> judge wanted to make sure he will return and, of course, he will. >> reporter: this doctor essentially gave court his word on that 100

million-dollar bail that he would be back, and he did not have to post money or property district attorney's office strenuously objected to him being allowed to leave the country. drexel university issued a lengthy statement that read in part they are deeply disturbed by cruciani's behavior and will continue to assist and cooperate, with the investigation. we are live outside cjc in center city, joe holden for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> joe, thank you. new at 6:00, bob brady is target of the fbi investigation in campaign payments according to a approved search warrant. investigators are looking in accusation that is brady paid a political opponent $90,000 to get him to drop out of a primary race, in 2012. two political consultants have already pleaded in the guilty in the case. but the warrant is first time brady has been mentioned as a target. we have been in contact with the congressman's office and we hope to have a response, later tonight.

a judge ordered man accused of shooting a pennsylvania state trooper for held for trial. investigators say daniel clary shot at two state troopers november 7th wounding corporal seth kelly, that happened after a traffic stop on route 33 in northampton county. corporal kelly remains hospitalized. fugitive from justice is back in bucks county, authorities say that sanchez has been on the run, since 2011. he was facing charges for a 2010 crash, that led to the death of five five-year old sherry miley of newtown, township. sanchez was picked up in peru this january. extradition proceedings have been ongoing since then. >> there is a saying justice delayed is justice denied. well, this is the exception that proves that rule, that will not be the result here in this case. >> sotomayor sanchez is behind bars on five million-dollar cash bail and a trial date set

for december 11th. philadelphia police are asking for public's help to track down a group of young people. they were involved in violence in center city over the weekend. today investigators released this surveillance video from 18th street between chestnut and south streets. police say group assaulted three people and committed five robberies on saturday. two septa police officers were among those injured. if you recognize these young people you are urged to cat police. delaware day carries shut down after owner is charged with child abuse, new castle county police arrested angela, who ran a day care out of her home in middletown. police say surveillance video shows her dragging and kicking some of the children, that she watched, she is still in jail after failing to post bail. cadaver dogs are helping in the search for residents still unaccounted for after last thursday's inferno at barclay friends senior living community in west chester. crews continue to search through rub tell day looking for a husband and wife and two

it is toy shopping season, and experts say that there are some toys out there parents should avoid. u.s. public interest research group released annual trouble in toy land report today that urgees parents to stay away from my friend kayla, doll's already banned in germany. kayla can be accessed on blue tooth connection and can be used as headset, speak are or microphone meaning strangers could spy honor talk tour children. group found fidget spinners with high levels of lead, and as always, it remines parents that small pieces present a choking has air. some south philadelphia students have been working hard to build awareness around trash in their neighborhood. >> justin udo from kyw news radio tell us they are unveiling new artwork with the hope of getting people to stop littering. >> reporter: litter on the

sidewalk and in the street is nothing new to philadelphia. in a city survey recently showed it is a big concern among residents but joint effort between mural arts program and streets department is looking to make sure more end up in trash cans by making them visually stimulating. >> we wrap them with young people in the art education program. >> reporter: janet evers is one of the students who design , drew, painted on the trash can which are at 50 locations around the city. >> just a way to make the city more pretty, and in a way it compels people to use a trash can to make city cleaner and make it more presentable so people can come visit city. >> reporter: she hopes her eye catching designs help draw people in so they throw away their trash. >> it is vibrant colors, colors that pop out, my good ness, what is this? this is amazing. >> reporter: these new designs seem to be catching on with people around the sit hi say throwing away their trash just got a little bit cooler. >> i think they are great, like, maybe it will start
