heard yelling from inside of a municipal waste truck. apparently an individual who was homeless was asleep in a dumpster and got transferred from the dumpster into the truck. >> the victim was taken to temple hospital in critical condition for stomach, hip and leg injuries. and last check, he has been upgrade today stable condition >> a three year old in southwest philadelphia remains in the hospital this noon, after shooting herself in the leg yesterday. the girls father, terrence williams and her grandmother are in police custody. toddler shot herself with his father's gun she found. the child is currently in stable condition and at children's hospital. williams and mcgill are facing several charges including endangering the welfare after child, wreckless endangerment and pampering with evidence. >> reverend al sharpton going to state princeton meet with philly rapper meek mill. among the growing list of civil advocate critical of meek mill's inch tars case,

lancaster, 50 in allentown, 40th mount pocono right around 50 degrees in trenton and down the shore temperatures are in the low and mid 50's, 51 wildwood. right around 54 degrees, in atlantic city. it is a little bit on the breezy side. winds coming in out of the west-northwest at 13 in philadelphia. actually, at 20 miles per hour , sustained in reading. seventeen in allentown. right around 15 in mount pocono. the win are going to subside though, as we head into the evening, also tonight. so, that's going to set us up for really beautiful nice, still good night to wear a jacket. will drop down into the 40's, light winds by 6:00. 46 degrees by 8:00 p.m. p.m. very seasonable night setting up as we head into the overnight hours, tonight. tomorrow, going to be anything but seasonable. temperatures will be on the rise. it is all courtesy of that jet stream. pushing up to the north. ridge building on in. and as a result, we will have some milder air that will push its way into the region. both tuesday, and also wednesday, so let me show you what i am talking about here.

today, all right, very close to average, very seasonable day today. but by tomorrow up to around 57 degrees, for that high temperature, by wednesday, 62 degrees, can you believe, that's about 10 degrees above average for this time of year. the end of the week, even really not bad at all, finishing the month of november, starting out december, on seasonable note. really, you can see the last day in november very mild note for today, beautiful sunshine, seasonable out there this afternoon. high temperature making into the low to mid 50's, ream on -- region wide. mostly clear skies tonight, over night low around 37 degrees. that's also very seasonable for this time of year. let me show you a look at the eyewitness weather seven day forecast, looks like this. copy, paste today, tomorrow, raising degrees just a few, 57 y and paste tuesday, wednesday, more sunshine, 62 degrees for the high temperature even thursday, few more clouds in the forecast, but overall, not bad at all s as we head into
