locations of sexual assault. good evening, i'm ukee washington. i'm jessica dean. tonight we are learning one of those accusers is from our area "eyewitness news" reporter greg argos has details and the response from the company. >> reporter: the nation's large peace sage and spa chain facing criminal allegations, 180 woman throughout u.s. have accused massage envy therapist of groping them and some cases accusations are coming forward oven more serious sexual assault. >> i was really in a state of shock, disbelief, fear. >> reporter: susan ingram lives in chester county she was a regular customer at this massage envy location at west goshen town centers in west chester, on her seventh vice tonight 2015 she says that therapist james, began rubbing his groin against her. >> he lifted up my body, groped both of my breasts roughly, aggressively, put his hands down to the lower part of my body. >> reporter: too disturbed to

a report the assault immediately she called the manager after she got home. >> she said in a very apparently very scripted response we invite to you talk about your services. >> reporter: according to buzz feed, ingram, just one of the more than 180 woman who filed sexual assault lawsuits, police report, and state board complaints against massage envy spas. their employees, and the national company. after filing formal police report he pleaded guilty to sexually molesting a total of nine female clients and now behind bars. west chester district attorney 's office says there have been no other sexual assault allegations at this location, since. we also reached out to massage envy corporate office and in a statement spokesperson writes in part each of these incidents is heart breaking for us and for franchise that is operate massage envy locations. we will never stop looking for ways to help our franchises provide a safe environment. now tom hogan, district attorney in chester county

suggests customers going to any spa first check with the owner about how that business hires their employees, hogan says that businesses like spas can attract sexual predators and it is important to have proper screening process is in place. live from the sat center, greg argos for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> greg, thank you. police need public's help identifying a suspect who assaulted an elderly blind man during a robbery in delaware county this happened 2:30 yesterday afternoon on glendale road. police say seven five-year old victim was walking home when he was robbed of $100 and his cell phone. he also suffered a broken hip and leg, in the attack and underwent surgery today. >> this happened in broad daylight and we're asking the public for their help. series of detectives group checking terminal to see if we can find somebody. >> upper darby police say if you know who committed this crime, they want to hear from you. a toddler's father terence

williams and her grandmother barbara mcgill, are in police custody tonight after the child accidentally shot herself in the leg yesterday in southwest philadelphia. the three-year old shot herself with her father's handgun that she found in the bedroom of their home on south wilton street. she's hospitalized in stable condition. williams said mcgillian williams are facing several charges including endangering welfare of the child, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence. they just keep on winning. the eagles cruised to 10-one on the season as they bold over yeah, the bears, in south philadelphia. i love. that when they did. that but now bird face arguablably their toughest stretch so far this season. they are on the road next three weeks. they play well on the road. they face seattle seahawks, los angeles rams and new york football giants. a road, a rough road trip, for sure, you would think. >> right, but we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves

that much brighter. take a look, what a beautiful sunset it was tonight over the city of philadelphia chopper three was up in the air and got this amazing footage for us, look at size of the sun, sinking down over horizon, lots of colors behind the buildings, beautiful end to what turned out to be a beautiful day, not a lot of wind and comfortable conditions. on our palmyra cove nature park we have caught a time lapse of the sunset, shadows lengthening through afternoon and watch how sky just lights up pink once the sun goes down , beautiful silhouette of the city there from our neighborhood network. storm scan three shows just cloud overhead this is part and parcel of the warm front lifting north here tomorrow, into wednesday, and that will usher very warm air into the region from the southwest, southwest winds already trying to pop up off to the south and that will invade area starting tomorrow, temperatures right new in the bad, little chilly in the 40's in most spots. still hanging on to 52. we will see urban heat island

effect concrete in the city retains heat longer until you see temperature and airport temperature higher then surrounding areas on sunny days. our almanac shows we got to 54 two above average, pretty seasonal. morning low 2 degrees above average but tomorrow we will start to warm up. we will go from 54 today to temperatures in the upper 50's tomorrow high of 58. fifty-five tomorrow in trenton fifty-six in millville. we will hit 53 degrees in allentown. it is all thanks to the southwest wind. we have two front approaching one wash out coming through dry on wednesday and another one that approaches thursday but with high pressure starting to push east in the region we will get in southeasterly flow bringing temperatures like we said near 60 tomorrow, 10 degrees above average wednesday as we head in the 60's and does look to stay dry. that front wednesday washes out. thursday not as warm as wednesday will be but we are dry until these showers come through thursday night into friday morning and we should

clear out again for weekend. lets take a look at how temperatures will rise from 54 today. fifty-eight tomorrow, 62 on wednesday, it is full 10 degrees above average and just cooler but still seasonal thursday and friday. doesn't feel like winter but take a look, only 13 days until our average first snowfall, guys, 24 days until official start of winter, only 28 days new four weeks from today, christmas day and new years day, 35 days away. so even though it may not be feeling like it, holidays around the corner and winter is coming. sunny, milder, 58 degrees on your tuesday, as we head in the eyewitness weather seven day forecast, well, we have a nice warm up on wednesday, thursday more seasonal. friday, that icon looks a little worse then it will be, we will have showers in the morning. we will then clear it out, saturday and sunday, little chilly but seasonal for the first week end of the december . >> yes, just looks scary but not that bad. >> thanks, kate.

reverend al sharpton went behind bars to visit meek mill in prison. >> philly rapper serving two to four years for violating his probation that some are calling excessive. justin udo from our kyw news radio affiliate was in chester with the visit. >> this is state institutional in chester. for two to four years rapper meek mill will call this, home but throughout his first few weeks in prison meek, whose real name robert williams has gotten and outpouring of support there has been rails. celebrities stood by him and more than 200,000 people signed a petition asking tom wolf to reconsider the 30 year-old rapper's sentence. monday reverend al sharpton paid a visit. >> i came because i feel like meek represents thousands of people in pennsylvania and tens of thousands around the country that have been victimized by abusive

school district of philadelphia is kicking off giving week with highlighting its mentoring program at frankford high school. >> today "eyewitness news" got a look at students playing games, focusing on college access and financial literacy.
