>> they've been all talk and no action and now it's even worse. now it's not even talk. so they're not showing up for the meeting. good morning from the studio 57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i'm anna regreen. a suspect is under arrest for a string of murders that terrorized people in tampa, florida. it was a tip from a co-worker. th his arrest came 51 days after the first murder in tampa. >> good morning. police arrested him after there was a tip he had a gun at a fast food restaurant where he worked. he'll be charged with four counts of first o-degree murder. >> reporter: after swarming a

mcdonald's, police have arrested a man who is accused of killed four people. >> we'll charge him with four counts of first-degree murder. 24 years old. >> reporter: officials say they received 5,000 tips throughout the investigation, but it was one during the day yesterday that led to his arrest. >> we received information about mr. donaldson having a firearm at the mcdonald's. one of his co-workers approached a police officer. that is what led us to that. >> reporter: the four people killed were shot within a half mile of each other in the seminole heights neighborhood. they had all been walking alone, with no connection to one another. >> tonight is the beginning of when justice will be served.

missing 3-year-old girl. mariah woods woke up to find her daughter missing. there was no forced entry but the back door was unlocked. they're using all means to try to locate the girl. >> we're asking the public's help in the surrounding community for anyone who has had contact with the family from sunday on to please contact us with any information. >> woods mother lives with her boyfriend. the young girl has a leg problem which makes it hard for her to walk. a suspect accused of killing eight people in the new york city truck attack pleads not guilty for that and other murders. he was shot by a police officer. sigh poff told authorities he was watching isis videos and had been planning the attack for a
