but also, relatively balmy start. so there is nice little trade off coming along with this, very persistent on-shore wind flow out of the southeast, mid 50's, as a result here, at the area shore points, even currently above what the average high would be on this day of the year at philadelphia international airport. so, with time, i expect we'll easily rebounds to the low 60s , not bad, but the rain on the way. specially true for the pm hours. so i'll get little bit more nitty grit when it comes to the timing later in the show. specially for the pm commute. >> this will be an issue. but behind all of this mess, temperatures nosedive setting the stage for us to maybe even see some snow. much more detail on, that as well, meisha, just a little later. >> all right, katie, thank you so many. so for this morning commute, i guess real that i rain that we have to keep an eye out for. right now looking good for the most part. ben franklin bridge looking nice and quiet. those of you jersey traveling westbound, looking good. fifty-nine, headlights approaching betsy ross, one area that is starting to heat up.

you can see how many vehicles are already out there at 5:30, on a tuesday, though, that's typically what we see happen. 202, taillights moving in the northbound direction. this is approaching king of prussia around the king of prussia area. you can see, the movement at one is still traveling at posted speeds, looking good there. construction in jersey, 259 north closed at 76. this will linger out there until around 8:00 a.m. so just make note of that. walt whitman bridge, construction eastbound now since cleared. so on the bridge, looking good , looking at all green, everyone traveling around as they should. delaware construction, 495 north, just past edgemore road two left lanes are compromised so this is going to be another area right around 6:00, if crews don't get out of the way it, will start to slow down, then, some construction on the pa turn peak westbound between virginia driver and norristown , two right lanes are block there, rahel, back over to you. >> meisha, thank youment back to the breaking news right now at least one death being blamed on fast moving brush fire burning in southern california. the thomas fire broke out yesterday near santa paula,
