it is thursday, december 7th i'm jim donovan. i'm rahel solomon. katie and meisha keeping an eye on things, but katie, not so busy but meisha, it vice busy. >> for the most part dry roadways as far as we can see in the camera shots. an accident earlier this morning leaving a driver in critical condition. we have an overturn box truck as rahel pointed out and whole hoe of other things including overnight construction that is slowing us down this morning. it is a busy morning. >> yes, i can promise it is dry now and it will stay that way all day. it is brisk and cold but weather should not have any kind of major impact, say for sun glare later on this morning but next few hours i wouldn't bank on the weather playing any kind of major role here but we are starting off on a chilly note this shot outside boardwalk plaza in rehoboth where clearly board are now dry, definitely brisk, in the just here but every where, i she you this for one thing because there are lights and we can see the view but

investigators are working to determine if speed or alcohol were factors in the wreck. a teenager is fighting for his life after a barrage of gunfire outside a restaurant in west philadelphia search is on to that shooter. "eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live at police headquarters with the very latest, trang do, good morning >> reporter: good morning remarks hell and jim. that 17 year-old is in critical condition at temple hospital after he was shot twice. investigators later learned that another teenager was caught in the cross fire and then grazed by a bullet but take a look at this chopper three video over the scene last night in west philadelphia just after 7:00 p.m. police received reports of the gunshots on the 1400 block of north 52nd street. office's arrived to find a 17 year-old with gunshot wound toss his leg and stomach. after he was shot the teen ran inside a chinese take out for help, officers then rushed him to penn presbyterian hospital where he underwent surgery overnight. police say 10 shots were fired from two different guns and later a bystander actually
