of the area is going to be featured with snowfall throughout the better part of the day. where it is not necessarily talking about a huge accumulation here. the closer go to the shore, the more likely that would be, to see several inches of slushy snow. but you can see the moisture still trying to work it way in so, still, snowfall that's currently happening, across southeast most texas, even near the gulf coastline, where you would think it would be a lot warmer, typically it is. but it is just cold enough, with that cold surging in from the arctic and traveling that far south, so this is what is headed our way. again it, had appeared originally like this might just get swept out to cbsphilly.com either completely or barely clip us. again now matter of couple of miles it, looks like the couple of miles will shift further west t does mean if you are loving the snow, this is the forecast that you can get behind. where we ends up with very likely, a coating around philadelphia, primarily unpaved surfaces, but you've got better shot with this modeling. i like how it interprets it, the darker shade of purple,

likely steadier snow, to actually stick, accumulate, several inches worth no less. so the low pressure stuff off shore, now getting close enough that you'll see accumulations specially south and east. so later tonight, actually going to see winter weather advisory, and winter storm watches take effect in the last through the better part of saturday. your best chances for snow goes to these counties down here, through southeast most new jersey, you could see 3 inches or more on specially unpaved surfaces in this area. but i do think that regardless , travel will very likely be slick out of this. you'll want to be careful if you do have any kind of plans to be out and about, doing christmas shopping or whatever it is tomorrow of the cold day too. because of that storm, decision to move further inland, then as we move forward in the forecast, meisha, no real warm up in site any time soon. >> , no look at wednesday, 31. all right, katie, thank you so much. and very good morning to all of you. happy friday. so we're looking outside at some construction, blue route, off ramp to the schuylkill, the ramp is partially blocked.

but it is kind of going back and forth from being closed to partially blocked. so, just heads up on that, lot of flashing lights, blue route southbound the off ramp to the schuylkill. then we've got some construction here, let's keep it cleared. yes, schuylkill eastbound was closed between the vine and south street. that has now since been cleared. so westbound you have one lane blocked, as well, looking good there. construction 95 north, the off ramp to bridge street, that ramp, let me look here, was closed, yes, there we go, still flashing marker letting you know for those of you traveling in the northbound side, it is actually still closed. so looks like our overnight crews here are still working, i'll let you know as soon as that clears out of your way. we do have accident, also harleysville, route 63, main street, oak drive, not going to slow you down too much. if you can avoid the area, you certainly want tonight if you can't, you have to head out, there might start to see some brake light going off if you're in the area. construction 422 eastbound, it is closed, between ben franklin highway and route 100 , we were talking about this yesterday, talking about it again today. you will have to use this
