right dangerous. i know all too well-being raise in the minnisota so looking outside right now. as you head out the door, i can tell you, looking pretty good. now, for a long while this morning we were talking about no accident. we have one out there. the good news a lot of the construction that would actually slow you down is actually moving out of the way so 95 south at girard, what we are looking at here, starting to builds levels, lot of headlight out there, still traveling at posted speeds, but this specially on busy tuesday, start to slow down probably some time in the early 6:00 hour. forty-two freeway northbound at creek road looking good there. you can see the volume level you are working with. 202 at the schuylkill, headlights westbound direction , looking good, but again starting to build levels just a little bit. and we have an accident here, at the boulevard, boulevard southbound at rhawn street. and the inner lanes are block, too, have to use outer lanes, so just heads up on. that will looking around, still showing lot of green, however, you will start to tap on your brakes little bit. and the new jersey turnpike, this is actually clearing early, we will hang out there until around 6:00.

under the ownership of ac ocean walk llc. says it report based on talks with the buyers, but who brought the oval revel for $82 million, says he's not selling it to anyone. so more to come there. >> and other casinos in atlantic siltly remain open during state government shutdown, new jersey state senate committee approved the measure yesterday. state law now allows casinos to keep their doors open for seven days after the government shuts down, that limit was instituted in a measure passed in 2008 following a shutdown. >> well, philadelphia police are looking at surveillance video this morning, after a man is gunned down during a argument at a gas station. >> this happened around 9:30 last night, at the sunoco north broad and winds ram avenue in logan. police say a fight between two men and a woman started inside the a-plus store, but spilled out into the parking lot. we're told l victim standing by his car when he was shot in the head and chest. officials say the shear waist close to the victim when he opened. >> we know at least 12 shots

pick up at least another half foot before this is all said and done. with that persistent wind flow but here, you know, if you are looking for snow, go to the poconos. one to 2 inches is likely to fall out that way here today. probably a little bit after slushy mix, that would exceed nothing more than an inch around the lehigh valley. in the wake of this, really quiet. for now. but there will be another little disturbance that comes our way as early as thursday. so, here's what to expected to just region by region, pick the region, see what you are going to see out there. a scatter rain shower at worse , though, for city and immediate suburbs, the far northwestern counties, berks, especially lehigh northampton counties, little bit of slushy mix will move in. and it is really looking very isolated in terms of any wet weather through south delaware , southern new jersey, but tomorrow when the cold settles in. so this front will absolutely have a legacy, but it comes in the form of frigid air. that comes in. this series, upper 30s, the best you can expect here. right through saturday. meisha? >> wow that's going to feel quite a change, katie, one of those colds, when you walk out

the door, literally, so cold. thank you for the warning. and we'll check in again with kate nay little bit. looking outside rightful, your morning commute. looking good. we only have one accident out there. kind of lingering out there. talk about that in a moment. blue route southbound past mid-county looking good. not even really heeding levels there. so actually looking real good. schuylkill eastbound, headlights moving in the eastbound direction at spring garden, start to heat levels here. fifty-nine at broad. taillights moving in the southbound direction, starting to heat levels a little bit here as well. but we're okay, still traveling around, at posted speeds. now, this is where the accident is. roosevelt boulevard at rhawn street, inner lanes block, you will have to use those outer lanes. and then looking at some construction on the pa turnpike, some of which now starting to clear. pa turnpike was both directions between delaware valley and neshaminy falls. that's now since been cleared. what is still lingering out there on the pa turnpike is eastbound, near street road, e-zpass lanes and the right lane, still compromised, crews out there all morning long, i'll let you know as soon as they clear. delaware 495, northbound
