accusations are false. the suspect in new york city subway bombing posted an anti trump message on facebook sometime yesterday, according to court documents. the suspect the 27 year-old immigrant from bangladesh, is now charged with five federal counts of terrorism. ullah said he was inspired by isis. prosecutors believe he was radical iced in 2014 and built his crude pipe bomb about a week ago. he remains in the hospital tonight, with burns. a man is fighting for his life after he was shot multiple times in north philadelphia shooting happened just before 10:00 o'clock last night near intersection of the broad and windrim. officers say 31 year-old victim was shot outside a gas station following an argument with another man. victim was shot twice in the head and chest. police are still looking for the gun man. all trains are backup and running after septa regional rail trains, slammed into an unoccupied car, left on the tracks this morning in glenside, montgomery county. chopper three was over the scene on the crash. it happened near rices mill

road between glenside and jenkintown stations. several rail lines were temporarily suspended causing delays, for the morning rush. there is a chill in the air for sure but that is nothing compared to the windy, cold conditions, on the way, we're talking wind chills in the teens and single digits. camden county has already issued a code blue, starting at 7:00 in the 7:00 tomorrow morning, meteorologist lauren casey's in the weather center to tell us when the bitter cold will arrive, lauren. >> any moment we have had an arctic cold front that cleared the area getting a live look at center city philadelphia a dusty scene, cloud in the scene there we are at still 44 o those 40's while we have them. temperatures will tumble and we will not feel 40's again in philadelphia for more than 100 hours, westerly winds at 8 miles an hour. these winds will ramp up dramatically as we head through this evening. storm can three shows us a cold front moving through the northeast ahead have the

boundary milder air still pre duesing rain showers right now across south jersey and down the shore, and wide in intensity. heaviest intensity to the northwest of atlantic city but these rain showers will continue to move their way southe and clear up over next several hours. temperatures along i-95 and points south ande in the 40's, we are in the upper 30's in the lehigh valley but as that cold air comes blasting in by the 8:00 o'clock hour in center city we will fall back in the middle 30's, by midnight in the 20's and then by early tomorrow morning down into the lower 20's, and teens , for many of us as well. in western suburbs, lehigh valley, berks county will be in the single digits with low temperatures by tomorrow morning, in the poconos, but we still have to factor in wind speed gusting potentially to 35, to 40 miles an hour, as we head throughout the overnight and early tomorrow morning. we will talk more about these brutal wind chills and your full forecast, coming up in a few minutes.

to fill, in the poconos we have dropped 2 degrees, temperatures still in the 40's , and down south jersey and shore but they are going to be dropping as this much colder air, just up wind is going to be blasting its way in temperatures in the lower 20's in state college, some teens in buffalo, and we will get a big dose of arctic air, throughout overnight period, wind speed elevating on the back side, especially far north and west, winds whipping in allentown at 20 miles an hour, 14 miles an hour inpping reading and all across delaware valley wind speed will pick up over next several hours and that will push our wind chill temperatures down, right now, not feeling too bad , wind chill temperatures down to 40 degrees but feeling like, 12 at this hour in mount pocono. you know what is in store heading in the late overnight. tori was picking upstart of the hanukkah sprinkle or flake in the evening hours and of turning windy and temperatures dropping off quickly into the 30's, check out these feels

like temperatures as we head in the evening hours, down into the teens, by 10:00 o'clock hour, down to near zero in the higher elevations as we head throughout the overnight of course it is only getting worse, early reiser, feeling like eight in philadelphia and suburbs and feeling like nine in wildwood, five above in allentown, heading in 9:00 o'clock hour because wind will be whipping throughout the day tomorrow, and talking about sub zero wind chills in the poconos by lunch hour and pack along that lunch we will not wand to head out, grab a sandwich in the middle teens in the philadelphia and second half of the day tomorrow wind chill value still around 20 degrees or colder, late day tomorrow. we have some light rain showers, stretched out across south jersey, seeing heaviest of intensity cross burlington county and heading toward the shore, those will clear out and we could see a light snow shower sneak in especially west of i-95 on the back side of the frontal boundary where

that moisture is cascading on out. pretty slim chance but still there. wind, frigid feeling like five to 10 degrees our low temperature at 22 with northwesterly winds at 20 miles an hour, and then for our wednesday bitter cold, gusty wind, we will turn over to sunshine but high temperature only at 31. northwesterly wind possible at 25 miles an hour, and gusts possible to 40, maybe even 45 miles an hour, closer to the coast, and high temperatures tomorrow only in the 20's in the lehigh valley, berks county, right here near freezing down the shore but wind chills will be in the teens, through much of the afternoon tomorrow so be sure to bundle up as we head into thursday we will see light snow showers around especially for the morning hour, could see gusting here and there but no major accumulation and chance ovulate day snow showers heading in to friday. improvement as we head in the upcoming weekend pretty quiet break from the cold on sunday, 47 and rain chances, by next

in millville i'm cleve bryan cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> christmas bless indeed, sounds great. this is not first time this holiday season that a lay away angel granted christmas wishes. on black friday our pat gallen bumped into a man known as charlie ken hoy donated about $13,000 to cover lay aways at a cherry hill toys-r-us. did he not know "eyewitness news" was filming there, and that morning, until the very last minute and said he just wanted to give back to his community. is there one christmas tree, that was on fire today, and this wasn't an accident, a local fire crew set it on fire , on purpose, to show just how easily that can happen at home. the ogden fire company, gave some important tips to christmas tree safety, fear chief reminding people to keep trees water a inouye from heat sources. be sure to check the lights around the tree and not overload electrical outlets.

before you can get that tree up in your home it is for make sure you get split safely. triple a sharing this advice tie that tree to the roof rack of your vehicle using twine, and make sure tree trunk is facing hood of your car, put blanket on the roof to protect your car, and make sure you tie down the front, middle and back of the tree and then finally avoid highways once you get on the road. if you live in philadelphia though make sure you are allowed to have a fresh cut tree inside your home. more than 25 years, a space international fire safety law but philadelphia's ordinance was stricter then most cities including new york. many people don't even realize it exists, karen gusto a spokesperson with the department of licenses and inspections says that the law is in place to keep families safe, just a fire in the multi unit building affects so many more people then one in a single family home. she tells thaws this is a city law, the goal to make families aware have the dangers and said city officials are not going home to home checking on what type of tree you may have sitting in your living room. >> the point is that any sort of city officials that are rushing in your apartment and drag you the your beautifully decorated christmas tree but it is a very helpful reminder to all of us that although there are very few tree fires when it does happen, the statistics tell thaws they tend to be quite seer just.

gusty wind continue to fan flames of the california's fifth largest wild fire in the state's modern history. so-called thomas fire is burning in ventura santa barbara counties forcing evacuation of the thousands and scorched 360 square miles, that is an area american twice the size of philadelphia. fire fighters have been working around the clock for nine days straight but that fire so far is only, 20 percent contained. today ntsb issued its final report of the sinking of the cargo ship el faro that killed 33 people. ship went down near bohamas trying to navigate through her kin joaquin two years ago. the report places blame at ship's captain. he under estimated strength of the storm and overestimated the strength of the 40 year-old vessel. woman driving in the alleged stolen vehicle jumped out during high speed chase, police say woman drove at speed exceeding 90 miles an hour before she turn the van and started driving into on
