causing one car to go off the roadways through a fence and into the front yard of the home. that car right now being towed away and that carries the car that had a passenger who was killed in this early morning crash. fatal hit and run crash at corner of the torresdale avenue and disston street in the tacony section of philadelphia it happened around 12:30 a.m. involved two cars both toyota and both remain on the scene. dark gray toyota as the striking vehicle had driver and female passenger in it got out after the car crash and ran away. witnesses say, they fled down a nearby alley even though female passenger appeared to be bleeding from her head, dark ready to yet a had three people injured, including one man, seriously and ultimately fatally injured. police say he was eject from the back seat thrown about 30 feet from the car and died an hour after being transported to a nearby hospital. authorities are unclear, and,

and west west moreland street. police arrived to find victim suffering from the gun shot wound to the head. investigators are hoping that surveillance will help them learn more information. in franklinville two armed men break in the home and tie up the home owner this happened on the 3600 block of north third street overnight, the suspects used sip ties to restrain victim. you can sigh the tayoun that victim's wrist. investigators say nothing was taken no one was hurt and police are looking for two men and motive. alabama elects doug jones the state's first democrat to the senate in 25 years but g.o.p. senator roy moore is not ready to concede. >> election that everyone is talking about and outcome has huge implications for balance of power in washington. laura podesta is live in washington. >> good morning. >> good morning. well, jones victory comes as a result of a huge turnout among democrats and african americans, as well as solid support from women and younger
