light snow developing, with all this cold around, we will see that snow developing after about 9:00 o'clock in the city , most snow will fall by 2:00 a.m. but we could see light snow showers until about 5:00 a.m. that will create slippery road conditions throughout the overnight period. we will talk about how much accumulation to expect, and if we can warm these temperatures up, coming up with your full forecast in just a few. >> lane, thanks very much. most people are trying to get inside away from the cold, and stay inside but some don't that have luxury. our greg argos caught up with philadelphians attempting to stay warm, despite being stuck outside, he joins us live from rittenhouse square with that part of our coverage, greg. >> reporter: jessica, good evening. it is, freezing out here, like you mentioned i am here at rittenhouse square where normally it is pack behind me around this time of the day, people walking home from work. you can see a few people likely going home from work but imagine having to work in this today for 10 plus hours.

app, it is available on itunes and google play. eagles quarterback carson wentz is on the road to recovery. sources tell "eyewitness news" wentz underwent surgery today to repair acl in his left knee he tore ligament during sunday 's game against the rams and as we reported wentz is out for the rest of the season as a result. nick foles will start sunday with the giants and we will have more on all this coming up in sports in just about 20 minutes. at this hour police are trying to find a man and woman wanted for questioning, about a deadly hit and run in northeast philadelphia. officers responded to this crash in the cities tacony neighborhood around 12:30 this morning. a three three-year old man was killed after he was thrown, 30 . two other people in the same car were injured. a neighbor says that he saw a man and a woman who were in the other vehicle run from the scene. >> i heard a bang and then i seen a guy and a girl, coming around the block and girl's face was, like filled with

blood all over it. >> reporter: police are reviewing surveillance video in hopes of identifying the man and woman. two men charged in several killings in bucks county last summer could receive the death penalty. last july the bodies of four missing men were found buried on a farm in solebury township prosecutors say that cosmo dinardo confessed to killing all of them in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table but today prosecutors filed to keep the death penalty an option, in case dinardo stops cooperating dinardo's cousin sean kratz is also charged in three of the killings. both men are expected to be arraigned in court tomorrow. tonight, roy moore is still not conceding after a stunning upset in alabama. he lost to doug jones in a special election, for u.s. senate seat. jones won the election by one and a half percent last night becomingal bam's first democratic senator in 25 years moore, a republican, who once had a big lead, blamed his defeat on allegations of sexual misconduct with teenage

taking a stroll, you don't want to deal with these strong wind and cold temperatures but maybe take a little walk out in snow heading in the overnight period, storm scan three showing us quiet for right now increasing cloud toward lancaster county and snow building in across parts of the pennsylvania, snow coming down right now in and around state college area, and , up wind we have a clipper system men for being fast moving, it does solve moisture but moisture typically with these systems is pretty limited and that will be the case as we head into this evening. future weather showing thaws snow does arrive pretty quickly like lie bye 9:00 in our far western count annes moving in the i-95 corridor in and around center city fail we will see flakes falling by 10:00. timing on the models is consistent as we head in the 11:00 o'clock hour. we're seeing snow coming down, down the shore and as low traverses delaware valley, snow will lift to the north, they are wrapping up across portions of the delaware valley especially philadelphia and points south and we will see a few lingering snow showers with a wrap around moisture as we head to 25, six

find breast cancer way brand new kind of technology that uses warm water. >> health reporter stephanie stahl is here to explain how it works in einstein health care science center. >> reporter: intriguing, guys. scientists have come up way new way to find hidden breast cancer that can especially dangerous for younger would men. >> stacy has a family history of breast cancer which is why she makes sure to get a mammogram every year. >> when my mom was diagnosed she made us promise we would go annually for checkups. we do. >> reporter: like many women the 54 year-old has dense breast tissue which can make screening for breast cancer challenging. >> women with dense breast tissue have more white glad lar tissue on the mammogram so background appears white. the problem is, breast cancer also appears white. >> reporter: stacy's taking part in the study testing a

advisory has been issued for philadelphia, pennsylvania suburbs, in the lehigh valley, berks county and poconos until 10:00 o'clock tomorrow morning we will see light accumulation across the area, temperatures, certainly supportive of snow, 26 degrees in allentown, teens and poconos, 20's once again down the shore, 29 degrees in wilmington. our feels like temperatures back down in the single digits and higher elevations, teens in the lehigh valley, same case in the city, 16 degrees is your feels like temperature in trenton. we had arctic air and then these brutal winds on top of that to add insult to injure gusting to 51 miles per hour, in stone harbor, cape may also the same case, newtown square gusting to 44 miles an hour and our high in philadelphia was 40 miles per hour, but thankfully we don't have that number on the board anymore. winds starting to relax gusty winds gusting to 21 right now in trenton, 22 in wildwood. as we head throughout
