extremely active, again, traffic still shut down in both directions of i-95 between 413 and street road as crews continue to resolve that construction issue that has tied up traffic for hours. this is the situation here. we have two cranes here on the highway and just multiple work trucks, penndot spokesmen tells us crews were working on a sign over i-95 when a crane malfunctioned. crews he again directing drivers to turnaround the grass median to get out of there, second crane was brought into finish the work going than right new removing support frames for that sign they were working on. we did speak to some drivers who shared their frustrations with us and they were stuck in traffic, lets listen. >> we were stuck for over an hour in the jam. traffic got moving. it is a mess, absolute mess. >> terrible, man. i was in the car smoking a cigarette. i thought i seen a shooting car. we were far back. i saw a shooting stars going
