it will be cold and windy. this morning, if you are already up, just starting your day, maybe do you have travel here little bit this morning, some mist is out there for the philadelphia area, with maybe some mixed precipitation as you head further north, but as you get a look at the neighborhood network down in rehoboth. see the boards are wet, because for the most part again from philly on south, just looking at temperatures up into the mid to high 30's, so just looking at rain for the most part here this morning. but that's not the case. some folks again north and west of the city, are seeing little bit of mixed precipitation this morning, snowflakes withing rain headed up, this afternoon for chris may day, 37 degrees, looking here if phil overall cold and blustery, wind gusts later this afternoon could be upward of maybe 35, 40, maybe even close to 50 miles an hour, at times. so here is storm scan3, precipitation isn't widespread on our christmas morning right now south of philly. did have some showers, light mist across philly as well. see, out in chester and delaware county little bit of

maybe snow mixing in with that rain right now as it travels to the east, temperatures rise , so again looks like it should pretty much be mostly rain for the most part for us here in philly this morning, mid three's, some 20's head to the lehigh valley and the poconos, do have more frozen precipitation the further north you go. even still seeing some 40's downing the shore points right now, big eagles game tonight. kick off 38 degrees, partly cloudy skies, windchill chill values probably down to the low's -- 20's, kick off time, by the time is over, windchills down to the teens, high 20's for us about that postgame time frame. here is the seven day forecast , 37 today. thirty-three tomorrow. then watch this, temperatures just fall off, down to the 20 's on wednesday, and thursday wednesday and thursday the winds should die down, windchills won't be too much of a factor for us, through the middle of the week then get into the ends of the week, next system starts to come together. it is not sure at this point, looks like probably somewhere in the friday-saturday time
