twenty-three in wilmington. twenty-five in dover. down short we're in the 20's up to mount pocono it is right around 10 degrees. we have just a little bit of wind not a whole lot but just enough to make it feel even colder, the wind chill, is mores right now in philadelphia and that is what it feels like on bear skin, and 10 degrees in allentown. it actually feels like 8 degrees below zero in mount pocono. 7 degrees in reading. right around 9 degrees in the lancaster area. as we head in the overnight hours tonight, in the city we are talking about single digit wind chills but it will be even worse up into carbon, monroe counties where we have a wind chill advisory that goes into effect at 9:00 tonight for wind chills anywhere from 10 to 15 below. we will talk about how cold it will feel when you wake up tomorrow morning right here in philadelphia and plus we will talk about when we could see snowflakes in the region as well in your full forecast,

"eyewitness news" was there as emergency crews responded to a fiery crash on the roosevelt expressway wednesday morning. the driver of this overturned minivan was trapped, and the flames were growing. >> i was scared for his life and whoever was in the car. >> reporter: tow truck driver john, was in the he was driving south on the expressway around 2:00 a.m. when he saw crash unfold in the northbound lanes near ridge avenue. he knew he had little time to help. so he turn his truck around and jumped in to action. >> as soon as i pulled up t in . there was one by in the car. he was unresponsive at the time. i tried to wake him up, and
