meteorologist chelsea ingram good sunday morning, chelsea my hands are chapped, my lips are chapped. >> so dry, so cold i was feeling that #will be trending for a few more days on twitter for sure. temperatures, oh, my goodness they are so cold. take a look at the numbers across the region. 16 degrees in philadelphia. it is 10 degrees in reading, 11 in lancaster. thirteen in allentown. we are in the single digits in the poconos right around 4 degrees there and, teens down the shore. forget about those numbers because this is what it actually feels like when you factor in that combination of the wind and cold, just more like 1 degree in philadelphia. one in wilmington. one in allentown. one in trenton. eleven in dover. feels like 13 below in the poconos. that is where we have a wind chill advisory in place light now. throughout the day-to-day we will see very little improvement as far as numbers. 19 degrees by noon, 23 degrees as we head into the 3:00 o'clock hour, and maybe,
