we have more problems then just. that the wind is blowing this snow around, blowing and drifting leading to very low visability on the road. we will check with chelsea in a moment and she will tell us just what she's seeing in south jersey but road will ice over tonight. temperatures plumet down in the teens, down around 10 degrees, single digits in some spots and that means everything that is untreated will be a sheet of ice, tonight into tomorrow morning. this storm is still looking very potent as it moves toward portions of northern maine and heavy snow around back edge of the storm. we are in the last gasp of it, final throws of the storm, as you can see we had one batch over south jersey and intensify a bit, still seeing pretty robust snow here light to moderate over organization, burlington counties and camden , gloucester counties some slow downs along atlantic city expressway with intensification but it is dying down, right now and just a few flurries through the rest of this evening. heavier snow is over with but blizzani remain, you can still see winter storm warning to the north but most

of the watches and alerts for philadelphia, area and north and western suburbs have been cd early. that blizzard warning because of the blowing snowbility does n place down the shore and into southern delaware. these are areas you will want to avoid travel if at all possible. winds again picking up that light fluffy snow blowing it around near white out conditions in a few spots with wind over 40 miles an hour, millville, 37 miles an hour in philadelphia, 43 miles an hour gustness mount pocono and visability getting better but still down around a mile in wynnewood, wildwood, and mount pocono visibility near zero. recapping just some snow totals king of prussia were four and a half. chad forward 4.3. lanning horde at 3.8. but big winner with this system or, loser depending how you look at it was the shore. cape may courthouse 17 inches. margate city 16. over performers here. seaville at 9 inches. mount holly 5.36789 millville

>> it is upsetting but what can i do. >> reporter: rose's small family owned business will to have close for a couple of days after a 16-inch water main ruptured thursday afternoon. sending water flooding into her basement. >> it is wintertime. it is after the holiday it is kind of slow. now it will be even worse. no money coming in. the bills have to be paid. >> reporter: one other business right next door was also affected and at least 70 customers are now without water within a two block radius between castor and rhawn and rhawn and frontnac streets. >> service will be unfortunately not back on until later tonight. it takes about eight hours to make a repair rorrer. >> reporter: consistent sub freezing temperatures are causing mains to break throughout the city according to water department officials. >> once water reaches 37, 38 degrees we see higher frequency of breaks and we are at that point where water temperature is so cold that we do see a substantial number of breaks happening right now. >> reporter: really has been
