, near par shall street, then septa dealing with one in north philly, broad street line, southbound trains are bypassing susquehanna, dauphin station, there is a water main break, that's flowing underground into the subway, and the market frankford, no skipped trains stopping with this one. then fire where trang do is headed to the scene here, north holly street between brown and parish, this is a confirmed fatal, unfortunately , rahel, you have an update on that? >> i do, pat. let's get to the breaking news , thank you. firefighters remain on the scene of the fatal house fire in west philadelphia. the fire broke out short time ago around 3:30 a.m. this morning about two hours ago on the 800 block every north holly street. that's in the belmont section. not far from lancaster avenue. it it is not take firefighters long to bring the flames under control, but the call did come in too late to save the person inside. >> late know note know case is always issue, but got here as early as we k the company did valient job every getting inside. unfortunately we suffered another tragedy.

>> no word yet on the victim's identity. also unclear at this point if the home had working smoke detectors. crews have shut offer another broken water main 54th , the city water department says if there are more water main breaks it will not sends crews until this morning unless there is property damage. ten water main breaks happened in the city sunday along keeping crews from the water department very busy. one every them happened at 19th and west court land and logan, they sent at least a inch every watt near one man's basement. >> this is rough. the whole basement, we are working on finishing it, we got carpet in every room. and now got to rip everything out. start fresh again. so sheet rock and everything got teared down, start all over. >> and another water main break, broke on lar shall wood avenue. crews worked into the night to fix the 8-inch main. >> well the new year has obviously ushered in some rough weather for millions of americans, several states blanketed with snow, low temperatures, and california is in fear of rain.

into the cause of this fire at a business complex in burlington county. the fire broke out yesterday morning on the 100 block of stokes road in shamong township. no one was injured. and car goes up in flames on the side of the road, and in southwest philadelphia, the scene yesterday afternoon on the cobbs creek parkway near whitt bee avenue. firefighters managed to put out the flames. no word yet on what sparked the fire. no one was hurt. multiple communities mourning the loss after firefighter killed in the line every cute. >> i 42 year old lieutenant matthew letourneau killed while bat ring a row home fire saturday morning. the home's resident also died. letourneau was 11 year veteran of the philadelphia fire department. he was also a long time volunteer at the firehouse in his hometown every springfield , delaware county. the loss is difficult for neighbors in both communities. like the true he is sense after neighbor, like a good neighbor, like the kind of person, so real hole in our lives. >> had been involved in a lot of line every duty deaths but

finally eclipse the freezing mark later today. that's actually part of the problem, when it comes to the icing we will see. now here is a look at the eyewitness weather watchers, for the most part, at this point in the teens. again, we were stuck below zero in a lot of these spots yesterday. let's check in on one, two, 12 s morning, from eileen, she is generally under nice clear sky she did sends in very sweet picture, look at her little grand baby girl. isn't that the sweetest thing you've ever seen? i mean, talk about warm and fuzzy, right? all right, let's go on back out though. i'll show you the list format of the temperatures out here, you know, again, generally low to mid teens across the board. you don't have any wind to go along with this. kerr any mt. laurel at 16, one of the mildest spots of the bunch here, but with time these temperatures will at least start off from a less harsh place, have the opportunity as a result to rebounds into the 30's. as the temperatures climb, see more mixing take place. as we look forward, not until
