way in the next couple of days , so all the way up to april-like conditions by week 's end. usually is a trade off of some kind. tan will come in the form of what promises right now to be some pretty drenching rain. t's just put things into perspective though for you. there is that word again, by taking you out to just some statistics, so we're forecasting big changes, we new that, but when you look at the numbers and stack them up, against one another, it really is stark contrast. we're forecasting high of 51 degrees tomorrow. last thursday, we couldn't break past 29. we're forecasting 60 degrees this friday. last week, on friday, we couldn't even get past the teens. so, it was incredibly harsh, not that long ago, and here's where we actually ends up average out. if you were to take these numbers, i don't do the math in my head but somewhere in the vicinity at least, so average ranks don't necessarily tell the story whether looking at face value, we are at the average currently at one of the live

neighborhood network shots, no kids on the playground, i feel like i just saw couple of out there for recess, this little shadow, don't have to wire at this point, still iced over, because the temperatures have had a chance to rebound at least. then out to one of the pocono cameras, all the way up in jim thorpe, lehigh river overnice distance, you have to see the river there. but it is in fact there. a lot of white water rafting goes none that location, but, no one is rafting just yet. it is just still too cold out there. but at least everyone is warming up, i have a feeling this snow covered mountain top or hillside at least is going to start to thin out and look little more brown, as the days progress here and things start to melt away. very quiet on storm scan. at the local level, this hour. and even across most of the us , things still look pretty quiet. there is system it is very often tough to make it out on radar when it is across the mountain because you have the high peaks of the mountains sort of mess with the view. but, there is a storm that's
12:19 pm
working its way through the inner mountain west, that eventually will join up with moisture from the south. that becomes our next big thing, our next big storm, and all we will do before that gets here is warm on up. so very substantial change in the pattern. and when you start to see this pretty colors, north, yellow, orange, red, much milder air is coming along. but notice the dip. that is the storm. and the cold front that will drag through the area, and we are going to see another blast of arctic chill as early as second half of saturday, temperatures begin to respond to the change, and specially on sunday. you'll see that reflect dollars in the seven day when we get there. but take you to tomorrow evening. that's when we may even already start to see some signs of life at the local level. but it is really overnight thursday, and into the n isrity of friday that the going to work it way through. remember, this is just a model but i like the way this is timing out at least. so there will be rounds of heavier rain that comes through. it is warm, also have snow melt. i'm worried about some minor flashflooding as this all
12:20 pm
rolls through as a result. it will continue to see the rounds of rain come through, throughout the entire day. so it is sort of a prolonged system. note the cold air on the bang side of this, as this decides it will nudge little further southeast depending on the speed of the storm, invasion of the cold that comes in its wake, you might end this storm in the north and western counties, with some icing or some snow. that will also be something that we need to watch into early saturday morning. you got big playoff game though coming up saturday, and i do think that's all out of here in time for kick off.me oft have some spring fever given the forecast, daylight saving me does begin in 606 short days, our normal high of 60 would normally be 84 days away , but hey, we will give it to you way early here. come friday. and the phillies home opener just day after that. and as for today, seasonable afternoon, 42he expected daytime high, pretty close already, dropping down to 34 tonight, blanket of cloud cover trapping in the heat not too harsh, but here you go,
