headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. anne-marie green. president trump rejected an immigration reform deal reached by a bipartisan group of senators using vulgar and racially charged language.dent targeted people from haiti, el salvador, and africa. hena doba is here in new york with the details. hena, good morning. >> good morning, president trump's dismissal of haiti with that vulgar expression has create anger from both sides of the aisle and around the world. the president suggested instead the u.s. should allow more entrants from countries like norway. after coming under fire for some charged comments he reportedly made about immigrants, writing in part it's my duty to protect the safety of all americans. we must build a great wall.

morning. president trump's vulgar remarks shocked many laurmts. the comment came as he rejected a bipartisan immigration deal. the white house is not denying the president's remark but saws he supports immigration policies that welcomes those who can society. a boy injured in the texas church shooting in november finally left the hospital yesterday. omar villafranca was there for his special ride home. >> reporter: dozens of people gathered on the south texas highway for ryland ward's homecoming. that's him sitting in the front of the fire truck. he's a 6-year-old. >> he's our hero. he's the reason we stay positive. >> reporter: for the past two months rye land was living in a south texas hospital. last november a gunman attacked his church in sutherland
