jersey, southern delaware but primarily a nice clear star lit sky and does feel colder anytime that wind blows. wind's not terribly harsh but enough to notice it. our feels like values into sub zero territory in the far north and western suburbs, more like 12 at the airport, and then in the single digits almost every where else. as day progresses we can expect sunshine but does stay cold. high hits mid 30's and wind will continue to blow out of the northwest thankfully in the really strong but enough to notice it for majority of the day. our high just 35. so it will be a cold one but this is the even of the cold snap that we sit in eventually temperatures warm up in a big way and i'll let you know which is the warmest, meisha. >> thanks very much. speaking of, the accidents that keep popping up, this is one of them, 309 north bound at hey light northbound that is pulled off to the far, pulled off to the far right now, or it is actually the
