we are looking live at modells on snider avenue in south philadelphia. eagles running back lagarrette blount business to meet with eagles nation. blount is no strange tore championship game excitement, he won two super bowls with those new england patriots. >> fans look pumped too. if you are planning to cater your watch parties those we spoke to said tomorrow is the deadline to get the orders in. if you decide to leave home restaurants are getting ready as well. nick's roast beef in olde city is already putting in extra order of food and alcohol to prepare for crowds. they expect every seat to be filled. >> everything has been notched up a little bit. we have put extra staff on. we have put extra waitress on. we usually have between 250, 300-pounds of beef in house. we are up over 400 this week. >> across town mad rex, will be trying out new recipes for game day, they will also have free, flaming drink shots, every time the eagles score. bird fans are getting

chopper three over the end of a police pursuit in south philadelphia where we're told this started in chester township delaware county. an officer there began chasing a stolen vehicle, the chase continued into philadelphia and ended at oregon avenue and columbus boulevard, two suspects were taken in custody a pennsylvania state trooper who join the chase was involved in an accident on interstate 95 near exit number nine and was taken to the hospital, as a precaution. well, philadelphia is one step close tore bringing amazon's second headquarters, right here, the city is on a list of 20 finalist at the competition's and our joe holden joins us from center city with reaction from city officials and resident on making the cut, joe, good evening. >> reporter: ukee, good evening to you. first off mayor jim kenney's called the announcement a milestone for philadelphia, and now that the heavy lifting begins as the city trying to beat out 19 other cities and locations. you can say philadelphia is

new at 6:00 temple university is moving forward with its plan to build a controversial new football stadium on campus. the university said today it will file paperwork with the city planning commission to build the stadium and retail development at corner of the north broad and west norris streets in north philadelphia. these are sketches of what the 130 million-dollar facility will look like, and new many people in the neighborhood are opposed to the project, and the university says it will continue to work with neighbors to address their concerns. we now know identity of the u.s. marshall who was gunned down in harrisburg earlier this morning. authorities say 45 year-old christopher hill was shot and killed while serving a warrant on a woman. officials say that while officers were arresting her a man opened fire, two other officers were injured but they are expect to be okay, and the gun man was shot and killed. incident remains under investigation. the south jersey doctor charged with killing his wife will remain behind bars for the time being. a detention hearing was held for doctor james kaufman, and

four other defendants charged last week in the murder of radio hoe april kaufman. she was shot to death in her home, and, may of 2012. police say, doctor kaufman had april kaufman killed, with the pagan's motorcycle club. nineteen bill cosby accusers will be, could aloud to testify, in the comedian's retrial on sexual abuse charge these spring. prosecutors preparing the case made that request today, and they have asked for permission to have 13 accusers testify, in bill cosby's first trial, which ended in a hung jury in june but judge only allowed testimony from one accuser in addition to andrea conn stan. cosby's retrial is set for april 2nd. president trump returns to pennsylvania to tout his recently enacted tax cut plan. the president visited pittsburgh today, that is where he toured hk an industrial equipment company.

three is live over a three alarm fire in willow grove montgomery county this started just after 5:30 at regency park towers a high rise apartment building on easton road. authorities say fire fighters are working to evacuate that building. officials are sending warming buses to the scene for residents coming out of the building. so far no injuries have been reported but we will let you know. kate bilo joins with us our forecast and we're talking about the warm up on the way. >> they will need warming buses. you don't want to be outside too long in tonight's coal. still pretty rough out there but things are getting bet's weise head toward weekend. temperatures are on the way up , a little bit above average for january, we're talking about 10 degrees above average with sunshine and not a lot of win, pretty great weather to look forward over the next several days, and only if the weekend with get here. everybody counting down we're almost there. lets take a peak outside heading outside tonight things are quiet in center city,

skies are clear, you can see a crescent moon out there tonight, a beautiful, bought full evening to look at, been a great day out the window but stepping outside you will realize if you do not have gloves, scarves, hats you will want to go inside and put them on. it is cold ever then it looks outside. storm scan three is clear, nothing going on, we have high pressure in control and it will stay here over next several days but still that brisk wind out of the north and west. it is starting to die down a bit but you can see temperatures are in the 20's and lower 30's and feels 5 degrees colder when we factor in the win. still in the teens in mount pocono. 26 degrees in millville. jet stream lifting well to the north, high pressure off eastern see game. generally speaking imagine a high back here winds from the north and west. when high flips off coast you get a return flow wind coming from the around the western side of the high, southwest win and that is a warm pattern cold air lurks back to the west as system comes through monday night into tuesday our

next chance for rain and our next cold front but in the meantime tomorrow's more seasonal lower 40's and then we will jump up to the lower 50's over weekend and keep it in the 50's monday and tuesday often times when we get warm up in the winter it is one day flake and temperatures tumble once again this will be a extended stretch. we are not talking 60's and 70 's but we have extended stretch of 50's which sound goods to me. overnight mainly clear, cold, 21 our low. tomorrow we will double that 42, mostly sunny and seasonal. game day forecast doesn't look too bad for the tailgate plans , we will be in the 50's, letter 50's at lee and 6:40 p.m. is kick off 43 degrees, in the 30's by end of the game, it is still january, so even though we are talking about a warm up still cold, you will need to wear coat heading down to the game but could be a whole lot worse as any bird fans out there last weekend can attest to. eyewitness weather seven day forecast there is that warm up in the 50's, saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday, and
