fwrept 5 to columbus boulevard and involved this pier one store behind me. this vehicle was reported stolen by a woman that lives more than 150 miles away. tonight we spoke with her to find out what it's like to have your vehicle in the middle of all this. >> this pursuit ended in philadelphia but began on i-95 north in chester where police spotted a stolen vehicle on the highway. and assisted by state police that vehicle a white 2005 hu hummer led authorities to columbus boulevard. >> i've seen cop cars flying down christopher columbus boulevard and the hummer like a white humner middle of highway the door was flung open and i didn't know exactly where the man went. >> according to police the vehicle became lodged in center train tracks after being involved in a crash with several police vehicles. and a female passenger was taken into custody while witnesses say the male driver

fled on foot to the nearby pier one store where he, too, was soon tape into custody. >> detective told me he was in philadelphia and that he would bring the car back on thursday. >> this is emotion filled voice of woman named susan. she lives in 2340rbg state. earlier this month she reported her white hummer stolen. the tags matched what was on the car involved in the pursuit and crash here in philadelphia. she's now filled with sadness and disbelieve over the fate of her stolen vehicle and the mayhem it was involved with. >> i'm astonished, astonishe astonished, i'm disabled, i'm alone in my house. and now to find this out because yeah, i find this to be astonishing. >> well that woman susan was of course very concerned with her vehicle but more so concerned with the condition of the officers involved. one state roop ter was taken to the hospital as a precaution. reporting live in south

killed by authorities and two other officers were injured and are expected to be okay. >> and president trump returned to pennsylvania to out his recently enacted tax cut plan. the president visited pittsburgh today where he toured h and k industrial equipment company and the president says his tax cuts are already having a significant and positive impact on the economy in small businesses. >> a typical family of four earning 75,000 will see income tax cut of more than 2,000 a year. this is like a 2,000 raise. >> the president threw his support behind republican house candidate rick sixt cone and march 1 special election and facing democrat conner lamb. >> things are close egg to avoiding a government shut down midnight friday night. tonight the house passed short term spending bill to keep the government open until february 16. it also reauthorizes the children's health insurance program known as chip and the gop is hoping chip will sway

air from the south wet and mild air will flood in as we head into the the weekend and similar setup in the summer when we get bermuda high that brings us heat waves. this is not a heave wave but for january feeling great. temperatures trending milder as we go to saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday, we're looking at 50s over the the next several days. and tomorrow, the coldest day of bunch and it is pretty seasonable. just overnight it's mainly clear and cold night. we're down to 21 for the overnight low and winds light out of the west 5 to 10 miles an hour and today below average and tomorrow 4. right about where we should be here as we head into friday, mostly sunny and seasonable. again winds are light. winds make all the difference this time of year especially. all important game day forecast, it does not get much better than this especially in the move jaep. if are you out tailgating midday you don't need to wear the heavy coat. 50, sunny, pleasant. not balmy but for january pretty great.
