pride that we're, you know, everybody has a spring in their step at this point, right? this is shout out from central parkway library overlooking obviously the franklin institute, and so many other landmarks, lit up in green this morning. now, as the day goes on, we are eventually going to have to deal with some steadier rain by tomorrow. but today really is a day that does not require the umbrella. quick shout out to our weather watch ers, having some issues with our site right now. but i know a lot of did you bring in some observations this morning, many of the watchers are reporting mid 40 's, upper 40's, in some spot , even low 50's, and a lot of go eagles type of comment that came in to us. so bear with us, trying amend that issue. storm scan, though, still bringing in again few speckles of green right now. nothing more than a flick the windshield wipers today. this is what's going to require that umbrella. obvious why. the rain is coming through pretty heavily currently. right along the mississippi river. obviously do you have snow on the back side of the storm, too, and this gets in here tomorrow with the steadiest and heaviest of the rain. so any time, about this same time tomorrow, where we're

5:47 am
entire forecast here, by the time we hit tomorrow warming all the way up to 60 with the rain moving through. behind it comes the nosedive. so wednesday, thursday, friday , nice and clear, more sunshine returning. but, again, not going to see that drop on the thermometer soon enough to see any snow, just rain from this particular front. back to sun, then again for those three days, we begin nice warming trend for the upcoming weekend. meisha? >> all right, katie, thank you so much. for that. looking outside, beautiful shot here of the ben franklin bridge. as you travel on westbound, from jersey, into center city. but i will say that levels now are starting to build, ever so slightly as we approach the 6:00 hour, construction crews are still out there, as well. so just heads up, this is the one area that we've really been watching them all morning long, 95, and it looks like the crews might be hopefully starting to clean it up a little bit right now. ninety-five south between pa welcome center and 332, right lane you can see compromised cones in the roadway, flashing light in the distance, but it does look a lot better right now. still see the cones there. but hopefully this is starting to get cleaned up for you.
5:48 am
and then septa heads upment market frankford line, got some westbound delays, because of new medical emergency, it looks like that's now just clearing, that's good, just make sure to check your schedules on line, just reminder as well cash your boot and vending machines sales are ending as women. this then construction on commodore barry bridge still out there westbound, one lane block there. and also, 309, weaver construction here between pa turnpike at zero and route 202 , this starts 9:00 a.m. to 3:00. also between he is ton road and chelten, also and also on 422, later construction as well, 422 westbound between 23 and trooper. the right lane is compromised and again that start at 10:00 a.m. it will care you through until around 2:00 p.m. then also we've got some bridge inspections, so 95 southbound between broad street and the philadelphia airport right lane compromised here, and just a heads up, even though this is starting a little later nine a.m. and headed throughout until 3:00 p.m. this is an area that absolutely will start to slow us down right now though whenever we look at the wide or any of our censor maps this
