familiar with minnesota weather. i worked for cbs station wcco in minneapolis for four years before coming to philadelphia. i have a lot of experience witt. the scene is so, snow i, right now blizzard conditions in effect. winter storm warning for minneapolis, and that is what is going on right now. this is a suburb of minneapolis. they have picked up 6 inches so far. and they are on their way in some parts of the area to a foot. flights are being cancelled from philadelphia to minneapolis. vikings fans after that horrible, horrible loss they are now getting stuck in philadelphia, sad, but, don't plan on encountering maybe that scene if you are heading out to minnesota for the super bowl because on average february is only their fifth most snowy month. november, december, january and march are all more snowy on average and most daily snowfall for february 4th is only about 4.4 inches. but you can bet on bundling up
