that's not too far from 69th street terminal. officer believe the victim was lit by car andnd lying on the ground. they pronounced him dead on the scene. unclear whether or not there was the hit-and-run. at last check, no arrests cents. >> and, plp investigating a fatal shooting across from septa's olney transportation center. nineteen year old plan was shot near broad and olney at around 12:30 a.m. this morning he died few hours later. investigators are now checking surveillance help solve the case. >> federal government get back up and running three days into a shutdown. lawmakers have agreed another short-term funding deal. there was plenty of finger pointing over who was to blame for the impasse, but as hena doba explains, their work is far from over. >> the governmental shutdown is over. president trump, after signing the short-term funding extension passed by both rs of congress, tweeted: big win for republicans as democrats cave on shutdowns. now i want a big win for everyone, including republicans, democrats, and da ca. but specially for our great military, and border security.

cheaper ticket in us stadium will cost $4,500. city of philadelphia, the phones at wanamaker entertainment group have been ringing offer the hook. company associate says it has already seen several hundred looking for tickets? everybody wants to go to this game even though it is in minnisota but right now i think people are trying to feel it out, see how much they actually warrant to spend, and see how much, you know, if the tickets going to, you know, slide in price or raise in price. >> now if you want a ticket on the side lines, says expect to pay about $30,000. he doesn't expect to see the prices cents rise, and maybe fall closer to game time. >> if you score ticket to the big game how are you getting there? the cheapest flights we found from philly to minneapolis are a little bit more than 500 bucks. other groups, like the green legion, are offering superbowl travel packages, including a chartered flight and ticket to the game. that's not cheap. the package will set you back about $6,800. and the first charter is already sold out.

about the earthquake, of course it is causing quite a problem along the west coast. it was a magnitude 7.9. orally this morning, when earthquake itself actually was felt. it had a depth of 15 miles, not all that deep. you think 15 miles. pretty deep. it is actually not. actually on the higher side for a magnitude of an earthquake of this magnitude. so, that's why we have this tsunami concern, this is just about 175 miles southeast every kodak, alaska. 7.9 is considered a major earthquake and usually if these happen on land, with typically get lots of damage, but again, that's why when it happens out in the sea why we are also are seeing that potential poor maybe a tsunami again that's our forecast details with that earthquake. now as we bring it back little closer to home here, storm scan3, the area of low pressure still off to the west , and had quite a factor in the midwest yesterday, of course, minneapolis getting in on the action. now the showers and thunderstorms for us here along the east coast are right now actually on the stronger side at least with heavier

rainfall that is and we will continue to see that as we go through the morning hours, part of lower bucks county still getting some more moderate rainfall also into the lehigh valley where we see some of the heavier rain as well. through the rest of the morning, rain overtakes the area, 10:00 to 1:00 when the rain will movn through, then kind of moves off the coast by about 3:00, 4:00 in the afternoon. not really much if any of severe threat, gusty winds could be possible. and we check out the rest of the seven day forecast there, meisha, little cooler tomorrow thursday, 50's by the weekends >> funny the trade off whether it get warmer we get the rain but then when it drops a little bit we get the beautiful sunshine. thank you, matt. very rainy start to our tuesday morning. so if you are headed out the door right now might want to factor in couple every extra minutes, take a look at the boulevard, southbound, as you head toward the bumper to bumper. pants your patience, your umbrella, you'll need the extra cup of coffee in the vehicle today, you might be in some very slow conditions.

precipitation already coming together, and it is going to be moving in, before we know it. so, definitely be prepared. take the umbrella with you. take the raincoat coat. leave little early put the kids on the bus with the umbrella or the rain jacket, here early on, on this tuesday t precipitation throughout the afternoon, it will probably be picking up into the 10:00 to 1:00 time frame. that will will be our best chance to maybe see thunderstorm or two actually be associated with this rain that will be associated and moving through. and then we will also be watching for temperatures that eventually do rise up into the 60s, later this afternoon, guys, so, it is going to be as i said a damp dreary tuesday. but it will be feeling a little spring-like with the temperatures in the 60s. >> all right, matt, thank you so much. so, just kind of piggyback on what matt said, it is so rainy , so wet. it will be so slow, that's actually what we're seeing. good morning shall everybody, happy tuesday. looking outside, 422, tail light moving in the eastbound direction, at trooper. you can see, bumper to bumper conditions there. if you have to head out the door now basically anywhere on the major inlet state, highs

ways, factor in extra time. if i were you, i would give myself right now an extra 30, 40 minute, possibly just because volume alone, and you will be traveling a little less than posted speeds because of all of the rain because it is so wet out there and just use caution around there. because we have a chance of hydroplaning, as well, where we might have some of the rain water pooling. also, we had minor accident, kind of around this area, schuylkill west before belmont that's now since been cleared. but this is a look at schuylkill west at city avenue bumper to bumper conditions here, as well, not only moving in the westbound direction, but just past those trees, the eastbound direction, as well. so when you take the boulevard , head in the southbound direction just before you jump on to the schuylkill, it is also bumper to bumper there. give yourselves at least a extra 45 minute there. guys, back over to you. >> this is new video from code ache, al last, a first responders rush to get residents to higher grounds. still not safe there. after a magnitude 7.9 quake rattled the area at around 430

our time, triggering tsunami warms, that covers the entire alaska coastline, meantime the entire us west coast and hawaii under tsunami watches. so far no report of tsunami activity. >> well, pennsylvania state police are srching for suspect in connection with a road rage shooting on i-95 in delaware county. take a look at this sketch of the suspect. the shooting happened yesterday morning, in the southbound lanes, near the highland avenue exit, in chester township. police say the suspect fired a single shot that penetrated the rear driver side of another car before take off. model ford taurus,ving a dark like this one, and if you have any information, please contact police. >> officials are trying to figure out what caused a fire to rip through a house and kill a father and two of his young children in cumberland county. firefighters rushed to the home on park avenue in bridgeton, just before 2:00 a.m. yesterday morning. when they got there, the home was completely engulfed in flames. the 28 year old father is five

assault retrial will begin march the 29th. well, with a nasty flu season peaking, economists cents starting to quantify the impact of the epidemic. >> cbs news business analyst, jill schlessinger, joins us live from new york with a look at the bottom line. morning, jill. >> reporter: good morning. >> jill, be beyond the aches and pains, how bad will the flu season be for the economy? >> reporter: you know, the most recent estimate of lost productivity to employers jumped from about 7 billion, which is steep enough, to over $9.4 billion, that's according to consulting firm, challenger gry and christmas. remember, that estimate, it doesn't take into account workers who need to stay home to care for sick family members. for those who do not have health insurance, or do not get paid for sick days, the cost could be even steeper, to about $215 per each eight-hour day that's missed, if you're un unlucky enough to need hospitalization, the average cost of a stay is now $2,300,

that's according to kieser family foundation, prices obviously range pretty dramatically, depending where you live. >> so clearly very expensive. jill, we know doctors have still been saying, even though really bad strain, we should get some shots. what other advice do you have for workers? >> well, i understand a lot of people who don't have insurance are very concerned about the cost. so, if you don't have that insurance, you do check with your local health department. a lot of them are giving out free inocculations, if you hit a brick wall, there are a lot of retailers offering affordable flu shot, most have on line scheduling it, makes it a lot easier, the cheapest i've heard about was cosco, 20 bucks, it is one of the few services you can get there without a membership. other big boxes and pharmacy chains, they charge anywhere from 30 to 40 bucks a shot. as far as workplace, okay, let 's limit those meetings specially in small rooms, determine who can work remotely, emphasize that sick workers will not lose their jobs if they stay home to nurse themselves or a loved
