bystanders. they include, two, 13 year-old boy and a five two-year old man, take a look at the video, chopper three over the scene at 24th and ridge avenue around 9:30 last night. police were called for reports of the gunfire. when they arrived they found a five two-year old man shot in the back. police took him to temple university hospital and he is now in stable condition. meantime three other people showed up at hahnemann hospital, shot, including the two, teenage boys who were shot once in the leg each and they are now in stable condition this morning. meantime a 22-year old man also showed up there at hahnemann hospital, shot a number of times in the back and the legs, he was unresponsive and underwent surgery and we are told he is expected to survive and that he was intended target. >> based on ballistics evidence we know that numerous shots were fired, we have found 16, spent shell casing is a long 24th street and ridge avenue, they are large caliber, so at this time it appears to be a drive by shooting. central detectives they are on
