now to james corden. of course we know he is hosting the grammys in new york this sunday. that's where keltie knight is joining us. he's also using his voice to play a beloved bunny. please explain. >> yes, corden is the voice of peter rabbit in the new animated film. the new dad just welcomed his third child, a baby girl last month. her name, well, it's fit for a princess. >> did you guys pick a name? are you announcing a name? >> we're not really announcing it. yeah. she's called charlotte. >> james' wife julia delivered a bit early, and at first the couple was stumped for a name. >> as i looked at the doctor i said, we're going to call her beyonce. >> baby charlotte is now 6 weeks old. family name? >> nope. we just really liked it. it's a name that we liked. there's no real big reason to it. >> i love that. >> the biggest show in nyc is the ps 11 talent show right here! >> the proud papa visited a new york city school to watch the kids perform. his mum and dad came along and told me james was the ultimate theater kid back in the day. >> there was one production

and wasser is telling us her go-to moves in the playbook for celebrity splits. first, file it on friday, like she did for clients mariah carey, khloe kardashian, anna faris, and heidi klum. >> the courthouse closes at los angeles superior court at 4:30. we will usually send somebody down there right before the end of the day rather than on a monday where you are hearing about it for the entire week. >> wasser also admits she sometimes files several high profile cases at the same time. >> i have kind of held on to certain filings so that we can dilute the media frenzy so that my clients have a little peace when they are going through what is generally a pretty crappy experience. >> and in her 20-plus years of practicing law, wasser says she has seen plenty of exes behaving badly. >> i had a case recently where the couple had so much animosity between them that when the husband moved out of the house and the wife got to keep the house, he had taken dead fish, dirt, cigarette butts and put them all in the vents in the house. so she had to have them all re-done. nice, right?
